Please, ask before you add photos to my memorials. I prefer to have the headstone photos after my family's photos.

This sort of thing has always drawn me in. I like the history, reading the epitaphs and finding unique names on tombstones, etc.. I find it interesting that tombstones differ in other states and countries also. Nothing ghoulish or disrespectful. In most other countries and cultures they view death as a part of life, this country seems to make people terrified of it. I think that we realize it's going to happen, but it's the how that frightens us. I do believe in a spirit world, I have since I was 4 years old. It's nice to be able to go to this site, because of our shared interests.
I read biographies, anything Sylvia Brown writes, I read 16th century British royal history mostly, but enjoy reading about other monarchs. I also like to read about Civil War, forensic material and about different religions.
I like all sorts of music from bagpipes to Aerosmith. I do not like too much of what is listened to now and I can't stand country music or the whole "gitter done" thing.
It's a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful website with you.
I appreciate the tokens you have left for my memorials. Please be patient, I will stop by yours eventually. It's just really hard to get all of that accomplished, it's so interesting looking at the pictures of your families and reading about them. Again thank you.
Memorials should be treated with respect. If you suggest corrections, please leave them on this bio. page. Also please list sites of places you've seen to deem corrections are necessary. blessed. It really warmed my heart to see a message on my mother's (Alice Marie Justice Cartwright) site. I did not know you but I had to find out who
you are. Well, to make things short I feel like I can call you
a friend. Not because you put the beautiful card on my mother's
site but I also have a true belief in the spirit world, love listen-
ing to all kinds of music and death , grave sites and the like have
always continued to fascinate me and even more so now that I
am getting older (58 yrs. old now). I wish you all the best, thanks

I can't thank you enough. My mom never would have been able to go to Delaware to visit. I just emailed her the photo. This is a wonderful way to "visit" with relatives.
