Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Middletown Springs, Rutland County, Vermont. I work mostly on cemeteries in Rutland County and neighboring Washington County, NY. I'll try to fill photo requests in those areas.

If you are related to any of my memorials I'll be glad to transfer management outside Find-A-Grave guidelines unless it is a relative of mine or is in a family that I am actively researching.

If you would like to see my sources for any corrections I suggest, please just ask. I research every fact I submit and only suggest those corrections that I believe come from a reliable source.

Some of the families I'm researching, primarily in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont, are Brown, Horton, Fisher, Fielding, Gilson, Ripley, Hawkins, Treadwell, Jennings and Northrup. I'm also researching Arsenault and Brideau in Massachusetts, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

RE: William F. Parsons
That's great! I've added that date to my records I'm not surprised ancestry didn't find it under William, I had to change the search name to Willie. Thanks for your help!

RE: William Parsons
None really, very distant. According to - husband of 2nd great grand aunt.

His first wife Mabel is the daughter of Mary Fanny Robinson (my 3rd great grandmother). Mary's first husband John Howard Almond Margeson is my 3rd great grandfather. Mary's second husband was William Elwell - Mabel's dad. I kind of went off on a tangent - sideways in my tree. a snapshot of the tree may be easier to visualize but theres no way to send photos here.

Sorry John I was just going to fix that. Frank died on Layfette St. in Whitehall at the home of his nephew Eugene Richards.

RE: Horton Family
Ill have to see if I can find that book at the local library. Abrahams grandfather was Thomas Horton born 1763. They all lived on the borders of Granville,Fort Ann,Whitehall area.

RE: Charles Sherman
Hi John the carver must of made a mistake unless that spot above Mildreds name was meant for her husband when he died. She was the daughter of Charles. Mildred married Claude Frank Havens born 3/19/1888 and they had a daughter Jessie P. Havens b.1910. Claude remarried to Doris Edina Calmes 6/21/1921 in Rutland VT.
If you ever run any Horton headstones while taking pic. Im looking for Abraham(Abram)Horton born abt.1846 in Fort Ann. One census had him as Abel but the rest as Abraham. His wife was Mary(Bronson)Horton born abt.1847.
Thank you Keith

RE: Lydia H. Good - No. 127923496
According to the New Garden Township Historical Commission, Elizabeth and Isaac are in adjacent plots in Row B. Lydia however is in a row far away from them, Row K, between Francis Seal and Frank Taylor, and five plots away from Thompson and William Good in that row.

RE: Lydia H. Good - No. 127923496
She may very well be that Lydia Good, but I am hesitant to say with any certainty that she is. I'll look into it next time I have the opportunity to do so and see if I can get some verification.

RE: Deborah Ives
Here you go. You can use either or both.

Ives, Arthur Coon, Genealogy of the Ives Family (The Hungerford-Holbrook Company, Watertown, NY, 1932), p. 187.

William Richard Cutter, New England Families, genealogical and memorial (Lewis Historical Publishing Company, 1913), Harvard University, p. 809.
