Would you mind helping me out ? The grave for William O. Long in the New Salem cemetery in Weakley CO Tenn. shows his last name as Kilgore.
His wife's maiden name was Kilgore.
Thanks in advance

Hello Mike,

Thankyou for the information.

His English daughter is unable to give any more information so I think I've gone as far as I can for her.

Thank you so much for your help.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for coming back so quickly.

I'd be glad to add a short bio, but I really need to know which unit he served with in WW2 after training at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in January 1943. Do you have any idea ?

An English relative of Charles has asked me to ascertain the unit he served with during World War II.
He is in a group photo I have of Company D, 7th Battalion at the Ordnance Replacement Training Center, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, taken in January 1943.
My usual sources have drawn a blank. Can you help please ?
