Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am originally from East Tennessee and my ancestor is Daniel Dugger. When I discovered this site, taking photos seemed like a perfect retirement project and a way to insure the deceased a footprint in history.

If you will click on the photo it will be enlarged. In most cases another click will enlarge it even more. Also when you click on the photo a caption or some notes may have been made about the photo. If you are not satisfied with the photo (if it is local) email me and I will try to get a better one.

RE: Irena Williamson Nance
As for Richard James Nance's name in census 1860-1870 listed as R.J, 1880-1900 listed as Richard J. 1910 listed as James, 1920 listed as Jimmy. Death certificate lists his name as Richard James Nance.
As for birth date for Irene I only have death certificate and tombstone to go by.

Darlena,

I added the plot locations in the correct field and noted they are in unmarked graves.

Thank you for the information.

RE: Martha McBee Smith (86139055)
Just wanted to let you know that I have removed the memorial for Martha McBee Smith from the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church cemetery. I was in the area during Christmas and located her grave in the Ridge Spring cemetery. :-)

RE: Martha McBee Smith (86139055)
Thank you for adding the obituary for Martha Smith and especially for pointing out the one that I had entered for her in the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. I have now removed that memorial. Thanks again. Hope you have a Merry Christmas as well.

Martha McBee Smith (86139055)
Below is the obituary that was published when Martha died in 1974. If you could add it to her memorial, it would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which newspaper it came from but it would have been either The Aiken Standard or The State newspaper.
Thanks in advance ..
