I have been interested in my family since I was 5 years old, but did not start doing family research until 1990. I have been on staff at the Oakland California Family Search Library from 1991 to the present day. After I retired in 2010 I have had lots of time for family research and in searching for my family I have been many places in the United States and to England and the Netherlands across the big "little" pond.|
I work with my wife to take pictures and visit cemeteries that she has entered over the years so together we have entered many memorials and pictures.
I'm a native Californian, born in the San Francisco Bay area. I have been married twice and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

I have the obituary and will add after the funeral on Friday. I do not add obituary's until after the burial. That is just the way I do it.

|Tammy King||RE: Edits|
Sorry. I had it in my head that I had tried the EDIT tab before and couldn't edit other memorials. I'll try to remember in the future. Thanks for letting me know there is an easier way.

I have the obituary and am going to add it. I always wait until after the person has been buried and he hasn't been yet. MHN

|ErgoSum||Concerning Martha Carlee Baugus Potter # 116805883|
Thank you for your note of help.
I think I need more help, if you
This is what I get when I do a
cemetery search for "Bumpass"
Bumpass Cove Cemetery
Mount Pleasant (Maury County)
Sooo, if she was buried in Bumpass Cemetery
(and her husband was buried in Lawrence Co)...
the only cemetery that fit both of these things
was the one in which she is listed.
HOWEVER, findAgrave sometimes has trouble
pulling up cemetery listings and I've had one
pop up later.
I'd gladly moved Ms. Potter, if you can help
me find the cemetery to which you referred
You can go to it and "cut and paste" me an
address if you must.
Sorry for this trouble BUT thank you so
very much for the assistance.

|Tammy King||clarifying last statement...|
was in regards to statement left by you to uchuujin on Find A Grave. I was just looking at his messages to see if I could find other relatives of mine.
|Tammy King||Thomas J Hale & Mary George|
according to Tennessee State Marriages, 1780-2002; Thomas J. Hale and Mary George were issued marriage license 18th December 1858(in DeKalb County) and Edward W. Edge J.P. signed statement that he solemnized Rites of Matrimony 19 December 1858. Just thought this might clear up some confusion. (or add to it)

You're welcome and I know what you mean about needing to stop. I make a lot of goofy mistakes on here when I'm tired.
Also, added photos today of their marker.

You have his parents listed with the last name
Dainty also some of the siblings are also wrong. His parents were Abner Clemmons Womack and Mary Ascenith Hand Womack. They are buried in the Womack Cem. in Warren Co. Tn. Would you check on this and make a correction. They are in my husband's family way back. Thanks.
