We had a successful disinterment and reinterment of Jacob Youtcy in Kelvin/Kearny, Arizona. Over 300 people attended the funeral. Horses, caisson, Civil War re-enactors, Catholic priest in period vestments, the train honked as it went past the cemetery and two military planes flew over the parade and waggled their wings at Jacob as we went through town. Over 100 of his descendants and their families attended as well. God gave us a fantastically humbling day.

A Standers Affirmation
I made mistakes. Horrible ones. And poor choices. And was selfish and arrogant and lazy at times. I thought I was giving everything to my wife and marriage and children, but now I see so many places I could have done better, done more, made better choices, used kinder words.
I am still in love with my wife. I said "for better or for worse" and meant it. I said "in good times and in bad" and meant it. And I said "until death do us part" and I meant it. I still mean those things.
I will not speak angry words to my wife or about my wife. I will not use the children as pawns. I will not return slights with slights. I will speak love and goodness to her, about her.
So I am "standing" for our marriage. What that really means is I'm kneeling in prayer for our marriage. I will trust in God's faithfulness and His ability to do ANYTHING, including change hearts and reroute divorce. I was wrong in so many ways. Please forgive me, Barbara. I love you.

|C Chenoweth||Frances Duncan Kirk Harless 60426554|
I am researching my tree for Harless relatives.
My 4x great-grandmother is reflected on #60426554 which you created on October 21, 2010. Her name is listed as Frances Duncan Kirk Harless, and her parents are identified as Thomas Kirk (1725-1801) & Margaret Duncan. She married Ferdinand Harless 1755-1849).
I have not been able to find any supporting documentation for the surname Kirk, nor for the parents Thomas Kirk and Margaret Duncan. Could you please provide the source of these details so I can follow and confirm the information? I live in Virginia and original documents at my disposal (if they exist) so the origins of this information would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time and any information you can provide.

|Karen Kovarik||Rinehart Replogle Jr.|
May I please respectfully request a correction for this post. This is not the grave site for Rinehart Replogle, I. It is the site of Rinehart Replogle Sr.'s son, Rinehart Replogle Jr. At the base of one of the photos I posted, you can see Rinehart Jr's death date is 1813. In addition, buried next Rinehart Jr.is his wife, Catherine Brown, who died in 1815. Rinehart's Jr.'s father, Johannes Rinehart Replogle, somewhere along the line, must have dropped "Johannes". Probably too long a name for the military??. To my knowledge, no one has been able to locate Rinehart Replogle Sr's grave site. In the one photo, there are many rocks marking graves, but, no inscriptions on the rocks. The cement slab to the left of Rinehart Replogle Jr.(as you are looking at the photo)is no longer readable. However, there is a newspaper article from the Altoona Tribune, Altoona, PA written on July 28, 1916, reporting on a Replogle Family Reunion. In the article, it states the grave site belongs to Rinehart Replogle Jr's son. The name of the son not given. Thank you.

Re the notation that sibling Moses Spafford is a half brother. The Illinois Death Registration lists mother as a Beckwith. I have searched long and hard for a first marriage of Robert James Spafford in Canada, with no luck. In his biography printed in Will County History 1888, Robert makes no mention of a wife other than Rachel Elizabeth Beckwith & lists marriage date of "4/20/1847 and they have 8 children. . " The census for this Moses vary 1846-1847. /s/gladys boice

Update - added Find Grave numbers left off previous message .... hope to see corrections
Have been researching the Lehman family and found the following:
on Find a Grave 37253021 and 57755478 you have posted Harry A. Lehman Sr, born October, 1900; died March 24, 1993 as the son of Jacob C. Lehman (1863 - 1938) and Amanda Miller Lehman (1862 - 1931) which is incorrect. The obit for Harry Lehman published March 25, 1993 in the Tribune Democrat, Johnstown, Pa identified his parents as Isaac and Susannah Custer Lehman. Harry was married to Celia Hostetler and had children: Harry A, Jr, and Donald L. The correct Harry A. Lehman was born 2-11-1890 and died 10-14-1980
Also on Find a Grave37253021 and 57755596 you have posted Norman Sheldon Lehman, born December 1899; died May 1, 1993 as the son of Jacob C. Lehman (1863 - 1938) and Amanda Miller Lehman (1862 - 1931) which is incorrect. The obit for Norman S. Lehman published May 3, 1993 in the Tribune Democrat, Johnstown identified his parents as Adam and Mary Hoffman Lehman. Norman was married to first wife: Goldie Wissinger and second wife Ruth Moore. The correct Norman was born 3-15-1902 and died 4-23-1979 and married Minnie Baumgardner.
Please remove any reference of a relationship to Jacob and Amanda Lehman. I will look forwarding to seeing the corrected info. and Thank you for fixing this.
