My name is Becky and I'm a friend to all animals and most people. I'm an American, a Montanan, a 911 Dispatcher, an EMT, a writer, a Republican, an aviation and maritime enthusiast, a genealogist, a pianist, an aspiring violinist, and a frustrated Raiders fan.
I have an affinity for lighthouses, airplanes and most shades of purple. I was born in Utah, reared in Montana, and consider myself a Michigander at heart. My favorite states are Montana, Michigan, and Maryland. But, I haven't been to Hawai'i yet!
I believe in God the Eternal Father and in His son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.
I love my country and am PROUD to be an American. I support our military. I thank our veterans and those of our allies. We owe them so much. Thank you seems so small a gesture for those who have given so much so that we could be and stay free.
I am a proud missionary aunt to Mariah, currently serving in Peru, Joseph in Brazil, and Greg in Arizona. And, Joe, a member of my local congregation, serving in California. I hope to follow their example someday.
There are so many people that I have a deep respect for. My parents, Walter Maurice Warner and Mildred Elnora (Nash) Warner are among them. I suppose my favorite person ever would be my Grandma, Mary Etta (Bradley) Nash.
My ancestry includes Mi'kmaq, French, Irish, English, Scottish, French Canadian, Acadian, and others we haven't confirmed yet.
My roots run deep in Michigan, Utah, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Nova Scotia and Quebec.
I have been adding burials from many Southwest Montana cemeteries. I have added burials from the Montana state orphanage at Twin Bridges and the state Children's Home and Hospital in Helena. I have this listed in my virtual cemeteries.
I do this because I believe that every person/being is important and deserves to be remembered. And, if just one person finds a long-lost relative or friend from my efforts, my time has been worth it.
One of my favorite TV shows as a child was The Waltons. In a guest appearance as Martha Corinne Walton, Beulah Bondi said it best, "Neglected graves are a shameful thing." I have seen some very neglected cemeteries. But, neglected veteran's graves upset me the most. I don't believe in "non-perpetual care." Urgh!
If a record I've added is of your loved one, let me know and I will be glad to transfer the ownership to you. Also, feel free to use any of the headstone photos I've added for non-commercial genealogical purposes. | |

 | Jarrett Swindle Thank you for adding Jarrett's gravestone. I have searched and searched to find something of him. He was very dear to me. I am not a relative and do not wish for you to hand this over to me as I am sure that when his family does see this that they would like to claim this themselves. You are a wonderful person for doing this. Jarrett still lives in my heart and being able to see this means a lot to me. | | | Bill Bennett

 | Thank you I am Eugene's oldest granddaughter. I found the photos and information on Find A Grave when I was searching for some other family genealogy information.
I would like to thank you so very much for posting the information and photos from our family gravesite, and for all the remembrance messages you have posted since 2008. How kind and thoughtful of you to remember him in this way!
I will be happy to take over my Grandpa's page and will also be adding all members currently buried in the family gravesite who are veterans to the Find A Grave database.
Again, many thanks for your kindness and tribute to my Grandpa. As an FYI, he was the director of the Montana Veteran's Affairs office for 40 years!

 | Roger Wayne Spencer Also thanks for my long lost "baby" brothers tomb. My Dad's first wife had a child which died after 1 month in the 1970's. If he didn't die I would have an older "half" brother 12 years older than me! | | | | [View all messages...] |
