Bio and Links
Bio Photo I served in the Army and Army Reserve for over 25 years with more than 15 years in the public affairs arena.
My experience runs the gamut from working at the U.S. Army Field Station at Camp Humphreys, Korea to running the day-to-day operations of the Press Camp Headquarters at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
Various positions have included work as a newspaper editor, educational publications, community and media relations, as well as marketing.
For the past five years I have been dedicating time to findagrave.com primarily adding records for my extended family, friends and veterans' and local cemeteries.
Additionally, in late 2012 I completed my application and was accepted into the Daughters of 1812, my first lineage society.

RE: The Robbins family
Mary Ann,

You are very welcome. I bet she touched many young minds in the course of her career. She is buried next to her parents (Sherman & Hattie). It would be great to post a photograph of Emily. I did find photos of her family but none of her. You may enjoy the photos I did find: https://www.myheritage.com/FP/descendants.php?s=50009232&root=2000046

I'm trying to contact the owner of the images of her parents to get permission to post photos of her parents on Findagrave.

Ralph Blackburn #71232902
I enjoy reading old newspapers (Library of Congress website) and trying to match up the stories and articles to the memorials here on F-A-G. I have found the wedding announcement for Ralph Blackburn and Dorothy LeLoss in The Bridgeport Evening Farmer (Bridgeport CT) on 10/18/1916. It is a lovely announcement and gives quite a bit of information about the wedding and the wedding party.

I thought you might like to read it.
