Many of the memorials I've added are a result of headstone photos taken "Along The Way". Please use the Edit tab on any memorial I've added, to suggest a correction, or provide additional information (i.e. maiden name, spouse, parents, etc.) or to request a transfer.
Note: permission granted to use any headstone photo I've added to Find A Grave (contributed by AlongTheWay) for any genealogical use, as long as they are not offered for sale.
To send me a private message for any other reason, go to Mitzi's memorial page, click on the Edit tab & select the option: "Suggest a correction or provide additional information".

JUNE 2014 UPDATE: I now manage about 13,000 additional Memorials (for various cemeteries in southern Wisconsin) which were transferred to me from THIS CONTRIBUTOR. They were originally added by this INACTIVE Contributor. I am gradually working on fixing many errors & duplicates, and making corrections as I can determine. By all means, willing to transfer to family and/or others who have more information. Just ask.

|Lleeah||RE: Oak Hill Cemetery, Watertown|
Oh Good, you're very welcome. I went home to visit my Dad in Watertown. I was born there and have generations of relatives buried in Oak Hill and the Lutheran Cemetery. I couldn't resist walking around to see if I couldn't find some unphotographed ones in good light. Most I took I ended up deleting but I sometimes add to the photos when the entire monument is not shown. That beautiful cross is still standing-not always the case for monuments of that age- so it's nice to have a photo of it. Also, thank you very much for all your hard work at this and so many other cemeteries in Wisconsin!

Appreciate all your work. If you are willing, I will happily accept transfer of a few of your many memorials, ones for individuals from whom I am descended. For your consideration: Samuel Burbridge # 70 575 314 was my great grandfather. Minnie E. Peck-Burbridge # 70 514 659 was his first wife. His sisters were Eleanor Burbidge # 70 575 247 and Rhoda A. Burbidge Laird # 73 607 976. His parents were Samuel R. Burbridge # 70 575 291 and Eucebia Noyes Burbidge Cox #70 575 697. A couple others, not as closely related to me as the others are: John E. Cox # 70 575 732, second husband to Eucebia, and their son Sgt. John F. Cox # 70 575 758.

I will accept the edits you sent along and post the obit with slight edits as I feel strongly about posting survivor names if they happen to be still living.

No need for a transfer.
Just thought you too should be thanked, not just the picture taker.
|LPC||RE: Memorial# 91943985 - Clara (Smith) Overman|
Thanks for your kind reply. I am only very remotely related to Clara. I have no bio to contribute, puzzled as to her history with a husband and most relatives buried in Indiana and she, in Wisconsin. Maybe I can locate some of her children, but I am well over a thousand miles away and would prefer that a grandchild or for you to manage this web site.

Sure! We'll take him. We have no further info that I know of on his family either.

Thank you for managing the site and for putting that marriage information in there, it helped us positively identify the mother Eliza Gamble. That was great. Sure you can transfer it to me if you like. Are you a relative of her? I am somewhat distantly a relative and where I live in Union Grove, Wisc., her Uncle Wm. Purvis is buried by the rest of my family. But I would be glad to manage it also and see if I can find some more of her family.
