I was born and raised on the farms of Central Kansas and as an "adult," home has been in Colorado, Washington State and California. Our family was, and still is, simple. Love of God, Family, County and Service; respect for all, and quiet charity to those in need.

Find a Grave has been a great way for me to honor my family. My Mother passed away in 2012 and this site has been a part of the healing process for me. Have always worked on the family tree, it seems. Using that as a tool has been helpful in the linking and obituary processes. My goal is to honor each member with the linking process, a note of recognition, a photo of their monument and, for some, a photo. Working together with other contributors has been a delight. Have reconnected with family members and met new, distant family with common goals. Has been great to compare memories with these folks.

RE: Mary Ann Caton
I can do that but it will probably be next weekend.

RE: Mary Ann Caton
This cemetery is in pretty poor condition. There is a clearly marked Caton family plot with corner markers but the only readable headstones are the ones already on FindAGrave.

I don't think the other requests can be fulfilled.

RE: Everhart Monument Photos
I'll be back to Stettler next month, so will get an expanded family plot photo for you then.

RE: Everhart Monument Photos
So sorry, there wasn't a visible marker for their infant, but the babe is buried with them. Would you like me to add the parents headstone for the little one? Next time I go, I could also take an expanded photo of the family plot?
Kindest regards,

I finally got those two John Schemers correct, I think. I found a Thelma with John and Grace.
I also found George 1969, Heinrich 1913 and Donald 1914 Wentzel and a Bert Hosier 1958.
Again, if any of these interest you please request in the usual manner.

You are very welcome. I am glad I could do this for you. I was in Omaha for a meeting & was able to go to this lovely, interesting cemetery. Sorry I couldn't find your other Yost requests.
