Yes, I did create it, but couldn't get the page to accept the longitude/latitude coordinates. So I put in a link to the map instead. Hope that helps. -Aislin

I am rather new to the site, but I see you have a request for a photo in Stawell. I have taken note of your request but I have not claimed that I will get a photo for you. I am 148 miles from Stawell but I do visit there a couple of times a year. Rather than close your request by claiming it, I will keep it in mind and try to locate the stone for you on my next visit, perhaps in a couple of weeks. NB I sent you a message regarding the cemetery name and photograph of the cemetery.
I hope to be of assistance to you in the near future.

I was down Cleveland Cemetery today & whilst there took this photo of "mattie's" grave for you. Hope you like it.
Thank you David for Arthur Frederick's Photo.

Yes, we are expecting more hot weather!! However, we have a pool nearby which we swam until it closed last night.
I have friends in Tettenhall, Wolvehampton that we see each summer here in the U.S. I am sure they hated to leave the warm weather here on their return to England.
I will try to reach the Kootenay County Recorder again, to see if she might give me specifics on Phillip Kneller. She does have the grave and plot numbers, of which I was able to obtain a few of my family. Perhaps this is a long lost relative of yours. As you know, there have been so many changes made with regard to names when people emigrated. My own family names had letters omitted when they came over from Sweden. My Irish relatives seemed to retain their name of Mulberry. I have Welsh and English relatives as well.
I have been working on my own genealogy for years. I belong to a Genealogy Club at a nearby library, which I enjoy very much. I also volunteer with indexing for Family Search as a way to give back to all the wealth of information I have found there. I have attended a convention this past spring with speakers from all over the U.S. 55 classes to choose ... one on the hour. I took 11 classes.

Thank you for your reply to my message. It may be some time before I visit the Fernie Cemetery as I live in the U.S. However, when I am next
up there, I will do my best to search for the headstone of Phillip James Kneller.
Earlier this year called the county in British Columbia, (Kootenay) and spoke to a woman about my family members buried there. I did get an e-mail address for her and wrote her, but have not heard back yet. If I hear from her again, and I will also ask about Phillip James Kneller for you.
Best of wishes for a lovely fall. We are having record heat here in the Pacific Northwest. We are expected to hit 95 degrees Fahrenheit today!

Good Morning David,
I am writing to ask if you know much about the Fernie Municipal Cemetery, in British Columbia. I see that you have your relative 'Phillip James Kneller' buried there. I have my British Columbia family buried there too.
I don't see any records besides Phillip Kneller and my own family, yet I know it is a fair sized cemetery. I have been to the cemetery as my grandmother, Aunts and Uncles and cousins are all buried there.
If you would like, I would be glad to take a picture for you the next time I visit there.
