RE: Re: Frances Hudson Bailey Edit
Hi there, my mother was a Hudson, so I was working on trying to connect families from England and other places overseas to the research that I've been doing here from SC. I must have gotten them kinda mixed up, is really all I can tell you. There sure are a whole lot of trails to follow, and limbs to branch off on. I'm sorry if I confused you. I may have been a little confused myself, by the time I got to those pages that we're talking about. My computer has a tendency to start slowing down and making me lose my concentration the more research I do on it. I should have let my computer and myself rest some. I'm so sorry if I messed you up some. I was trying to help pull the Hudsons together some more, so I hope I didn't hinder you instead with your research. My sincerest apologies, and I look forward to discovering what all you and other others come up, and am also looking forward to seeing more of the Hudsons being connected. Wish I could help more, but it might be best to leave some of them like these to someone with more expertise than me, if you know what I mean. Thanks for letting me know, and Happy Trails!

I've removed the bottom photo as you wanted. I've also place a "Request A Photo" for his headstone.
Thank you as well for all you do.

RE: Private A R Ludbrook Memorial# 148802537
I found there were no memorials for names starting with the letter J, K or L. So I added (over 800) from the CWGC file.
I'm more than willing to help out on any edits you wish me to do.

My apology. I first declined your suggestion of dod change because I thought i had in fact changed the format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy. I was wrong. I missed that step. I have corrected it.
Thank you for pointing that out.

Millicent Smith/Jackman
Sorry to take so long to come back to you. Thanks very much for taking the trouble.

I can't tell you very much about Millicent. She was the daughter of Jane Jackman ( nee Clayton) who was the sister of my 2x great grandfather. While I'm stuck tracing the family back at the moment, I'm going over people to see if there are any new records ... and up pops Find a Grave!

I've signed up to take any photos members want in my area as it's such a help.

Kind regards

RE: Re: Richard and Fanny Rice
It's so nice of you to take the time to reply David. Fanny Wells is my great grand aunt, her father Valentine Hyron David Wells is my 2nd Great Grandfather. The Wells are my Late Dads side of the family and a huge family they are. I'm living in Staffordshire so it's difficult to visit the cemeteries. I really do appreciate all that you do and thanks again xx

Thanks so much, David; lovely to see this. I wish it was more legible, but such is life.

Re: Richard Denman
Thank you so much for fulfilling my photo request. I am pleased to see you were able to get such good photos despite the trees.
I have written to the Sussex Online Parish Clerk in hope of discovering the burial place of Richard's parents.
