Bio and Links
Bio Photo I had worked as a Home Health LPN for 13 years. Worked at Fulton State Hospital for 17 years as a Psychiatric Aide and as Mail Room Supervisor. Later worked as a Homehealth LPN in the field for a few years then in the office. Enjoyed this, especially the patients who were mostly elderly. Enjoyed all my jobs.
I am retired now. Have three children,12 Grandchildren and 2 greatgrandsons, Ryan and Anthony.
Three spoiled dogs who own us, Rocky, a Beagle Mix, Callie, a Chiweinie (Chihauhau and Dachsund mix) and Roscoe who is a Butterball Chiweinie, as big around as he is tall.
I like to walk thru cemetaries and have been doing my family tree, along with two of my sisters, for the last few years.I have three sisters and I am the oldest. My parents are deceased, my father for 33 years and my Mom for 6 years. I really miss her
I enjoy reading, crocheting, embroidering and quilting, especially baby quilts.
I really enjoyed walking through the cemetaries until my arthritis and asthma got worse but am going to try to start again in the fall, I also have allergic asthma so have two things that make it hard.
I think Find a Grave is a wonderful site and believe it is very important and is rewarding. If I have anyone that you would like transfered I will be glad to.
UPDATE: Going to be another great-grandbaby in December, another boy to join his brother, Ryan Nathanel who looks just like his daddy.
The baby is here, born December 6, 2011, a 9LB 9Oz Boy, looks like his Mom. Logan Xzavier Atterberry. So Happy.
Another update: My Granddaughter, Emily, is having a girl later this year, Isabelle first great-granddaughter, also my step-granddaughter, Heather will have a girl in June, Isabella.
Also have a new dog, Boomer, who is my baby. He is a Doxie.

Just letting you know that I added that information that you sent me to her bio. I did not however change the dates on her memorial as that is what is shown on her headstone. I also credited you for the information. Thanks again, I really appreciate any information I can get.

Hi Marsha, thank you for adding some of my family! J. Edward Albus is my great-great uncle and I would like to take over his memorial, 95188984. Keep up the good work!

Loyd Barrow
If ever you have time :-) Dr. Loyd Barrow wrote the very well received book, The Negro Kingdom: Three Generations: The Lost Colony about the Cave family of Callaway county. He is #94164888 (Callaway Memorial Gardens) & died 3 Mar 2002. It would be nice for his obit to be added to his memorial. I bought the book from Amazon.

Denzel Browning
Hmmm. It would be surprising if he were above the ground. I used to know Magel Debo, a lovely nurse who was/is married to Bob Debo & lived in Fulton. He bought Brownings. If you can find her/them in the phone book I'd just call them at home. They are nice people & surely appreciate Find A Grave. I've been wondering about Bob Masure who worked for Maupins & dropped dead on the dance floor at the country club. I really think he died more than 50 years ago. You would know his children....

RE: McAFEE, Caroline J [nee KIRBY]
Dear, dear Marsha ~

I do so much appreciate your graciousness in sending me your message consenting to the transfer of managing the Memorial for Caroline J McAFEE [nee KIRBY] to me.

I have just begun reading some of the information on the background and procedures and policies of Find A Grave [FAQs], since I am new to this aspect of Find A Grave, and am anxious to learn. I am looking forward to becoming more active in managing the memorials for my direct ancestors, if possible - It fits right in with my dozen years of living and breathing genealogy / family history. :-)

So ... Thank you, kind lady ... for, as many of us know ... all that you have done and continue to do.

Warmest regards ... Teri-Sue [YOUNG] THOMPSON

Ok, I will leave the picture for now and delete it if someone complains. Sorry for asking you to use the edit button, but I am in Niagara Falls, Ontario and away from a computer/laptop. It is so beautiful here :-)

I forgot to let you know that I checked Larry's burial location in the Mokane Cemetery a few days ago and there still isn't any form of marker for him, which is so very sad. Do you think I should remove the picture I added to his memorial of his actual burial?
