My interest in genealogy started when I was young and found a folder my dad had created with notes on many generations of his family. What started with those pages of notes and a tin type of his grandfather has turned into a journey that has now been ongoing for over 30 years. I believe I have visited every graveyard/cemetery within a 40 mile radius of where I live and have helped hundreds get photographs of tombstones they might not otherwise have. When ever I am able to take a trip away from home I make time to visit an old cemetery. When in England several years ago I even got the owner of the bed and breakfast where I was staying to drive along and help me look for tombstones. It was a great experience and hope to do it again one day.|
And remember this: When chemists die, they barium.

From your message of Sept 30th - Thank you for checking for markers for Michael Henry Leonhart (#103784026) & Mary "Agnes" Manning-Seguin (#106032879) per my photo requests. I'm sorry you were not able to find markers for them, but truly appreciate your time and effort. I'm at a loss to understand how the cemetery has no record of either burial. In both cases their obituaries specified burial at Sacred Heart and in both cases there are numerous other family members buried there, so I believe they are buried there but something has happened with the record keeping at that cemetery office. In any case, I appreciate your time and effort in the matter.
