When I was in high school I needed to do a family pedigree for one of my class projects. To my surprise, almost no one in the family knew anything beyond their parents / grandparents when asking them questions. I thought that was ridiculous. From that point on my families genealogy has been my passion. And for the last 11 years I have been contributing to this site, and from time to time go out and take photo requests that are in the area. It has become a part of my passion too.|
Please submit any additions or corrections to me under the "Edit" section on the memorial page of the person you are requesting. I will be happy to add any information and relationship links for you.
I will be more then happy to transfer your families memorials to you. First, please read the Transfer Requirements
before requesting a transfer. Thanks! :)

You're welcome! I'm glad the stone photo has provided you with helpful information, even if it is confusing. I hope you can solve the mystery!

It occurred to me after I posted the photo that I recalled noticing in the cemetery that the death year matches, but the birth year is far off. I am thinking the birth year on the stone is probably correct and the birth year listed on the Find A Grave memorial is incorrect. I just thought I'd point it out in case you want to try to figure out from your records why there is a big discrepancy with the birth year.

Thank you Kandace! I was hoping to find grandchildren or great grandchildren. Always nice to connect to family! It's sad that we lost contact. I would love to tell them about our family home in Waco. I thought I may have found our California connection! Thank you for responding!

Sorry the link did not work. It was for Virginia Ruth Bugher Davis. I am new at this.

Thank you for posting on my cousin Virginia Davis. I did not know she had passed away. We are her Texas family. Are you related in some way? After Auntie Velma moved to California to be with Virginia, we lost touch with her.

Sorry, but Ms. Elrod's grave has no marker. She is buried just to the left of the stone in the picture I posted on her memorial. I sent you an Edit for the Plot #.
thank you for the obit from the newspaper I added it to the listing

I also took a close up photo for Donald Wilson. If you would like this also just make a memorial and a request and I will submit the photo. Rebecca

I really appreciate all that you have done for me. I had located some high school yearbooks(on the internet), but couldn't find a pic of him. Getting his letter returned to me marked "verified deceased" was pretty rough for a 16-year-old girl. I went to the "Wall" when it came to Idabel and got several copies of his name (using a pencil) and going over his name. I also found the report of how he was killed. He lived a day or so after the explosion. He had been burned badly, lived long enough to be placed on a ship to be transported to a hospital or burn center, but died before he got there. It still just breaks my heart, never met him but knew him from the letters. Words cannot tell you just how much I appreciate all that you have done for me. Thanks again, and God Bless You.

Thank you so much for putting up the photo of Randall Steven Hill. I have been wanting to see a photo of him since 1968. I really appreciate it so much.
