RE: CREWE # 88996620
THANK YOU for caring and leaving the flower. This is WHY I try to include everything about ALL of MY family members that I could find. My parents went to his funeral they walked behind a horse drawn wagon down a farmers lane to where the cemetery was at that time behind the county infrimary, its now a field of over grown trees across the street from the currant County Jail. A few wooden stakes with numbers are still visable, but couldn't find his when we went searching. I do have his death certificate and where his wife and children are all buried and I've recorded some of the stories that his other nieces and nephews knew of him, like he had a one-man band, played the accordian, harmonica and the drums...he was just a child when he came from Germany to America with his parents and 2 very young sisters who died soon after arrival, and this was the only photo the relatives could find. NO kind words were ever said about HIS wife/widow from relatives who remembered him. Probably WHY he just wondered off...SO again THANK YOU!!

CREWE # 88996620
Robbie, I was just working on some of my Find A Grave sites and seen you had left a virtual flower on one of my relatives Uncle Otto Crewe 1880 Germany to 1941 poor farm cemetery in lockport. My question is, I'm wondering IF you might be related somehow to him, he had been married with some kids, but wondered off one day and ended up in the Niagara county Infirmary (poor house) where he died, as far as we know none of his children left any off spring...just curious thats all. Nice gesture on the flowers...

A Big Thank You
I don't remember ever thanking you for the tokens you have left on the memorial pages of some of my family. So, "Thank You" so much for your thoughtfulness~

Lidice kids
Really its no problem you would think any one who died in a concentration camp or death camp was Jewish
