|I am currently tracking my family tree in the hopes of expanding on the work that my mother started. I can still remember playing under the tables in the West Virginia libraries as she and my father tried to find that one piece that would help all the others fall into place.|
Family names for my mother's side include Duncan, Hall, Carter, Wears, Edwards, Saxton/Saxon, Lewis and Thomas. Most being from Virginia, West Virginia or Ohio.
Family names for my father's side include Smith, Black, Shockley, Howard and Nottingham. Also coming from West Virginia and southern Ohio.
Please feel free to use any of my photos to honor those who have gone before us.

I've added your marker photo to document place of burial in his record in the Coffelt Database of Vietnam casualties at http://www.CoffeltDatabase.org.
Thank you for helping us to remember him properly ...

I want to thank you for going out of your way to find Carl's gravestone, and I do appreciate you taking a photo to let others know that he only has a marker.
Thanks and God Bless You!

Was the tombstone not found? I just see an open field in the photo and no marker or tombstone.
