You're most welcome. Thanks goes also to my sister Norma, who has a nice digital camera and actually took the photo for me. Coincidentally enough, we were at Rabke Cemetery to take photos of relative's graves and spotted Mary Gross buried there by accident. She was married to the step-son of my 2xgr-grandmother, Augusta(Kettner) Ladewig Gross. Does that sound confusing enough?? Are you related? | | | WALSH

I want to thank you for adding the page for James Fitz Sullivan. Are you related to him in any way? He was my great grandfather. I recognized the information on the page but wanted to bring attention to a very small thing that would baffle anyone doing genealogy on his family. His second wife's birth name was Betsey Jane Cornell. Her first husband was Asa Gorham. She was a widow with three children (Mary, Archie and Libby) when she married James Patrick Sullivan. I will add a family photo of James Patrick, Betsey and James Fitz if it is not already on here. After James Patrick's death, Betsey took the children to Fort Dodge, Iowa to look for work. I do not know the date but at some point she married a third time to a gentleman with the last name of Burke and was widowed a third time before 1930. In the 1930 census she was living with her son James Fitz and his family in Omaha and her last name is listed as Burke on that census but I have not yet discovered who this third husband was.Added by Shadoe on Jan 31, 2013 8:54 PM | | | Whaley
