New Paltz Rural Cemetery photo
Hi. May I use your cemetery sign photo and include it in a documents packet to be submitted with a DAR application? I've just submitted a photo request for the tombstone of Arthur W Richards but in any event would like to include the cemetery sign photo with the application. Thanks in advance!

Name
I just saw a message from a relative that said, indeed, it was spelled "Greggory." Sorry for the criticism.

Name and photo
Are you sure it's "Greggory"? "Gregg" is a name in itself, not just a nickname.

Also, the rules for this site request that all photos be ones personally taken by the contributor. This is a professional photo of the couple, though it may be allowed under "fair use."

Etan Patz Memorial
In your memorial of Etan Patz, your wording wrongly states that Ronald Reagan was president in 1979 ("then-President....") No, he wasn't; Jimmy Carter was. Reagan didn't declare May 25 to be National Missing Children's Day until 1983 -- four years after Etan's abduction and murder. Hopefully nothing else you wrote in this (or other) memorials is inaccurate and incorrect.

MaryAnn Measles-Morningside Cem, Gaylordsville

Anthony, I came across this obit on GenealogyBuff./com that you might want to copy to the memorial that you placed on FindAGrave.

Maryann Jeanine Measles, 14, of New Milford, died in Bridgewater.
She was born March 22, 1984 in Sharon, daughter of Cynthia Larmore Measles of New Milford and the late Martin Linnell Measles. She was a seventh grader at Schaghticoke Middle School during the last school year.
She attended the Awana Club and Bible Baptist Church in New Milford and was a junior volunteer at Geer Memorial Nursing Home in Canaan.
Besides her mother, she is survived by three sisters, Jennifer, Victoria and Chelsea, all of New Milford; her maternal grandparents, Mary and Merton Larmore Jr. of Port Henry, N.Y.; her maternal great-grandmother, Irene Card of Canaan; and her paternal grandmother of California.
Contributions may be made to the Maryann Measles Burial Fund, c/o Fleet Bank, South Main Street, New Milford, CT 06776, or any branch in your area.
Burial was yesterday (Wednesday) at the Morningside Cemetery in Gaylordsville. The Colonial Funeral Home in New Milford was in charge of the arrangements.
