Please feel free to contact me for more information or documentation. I am happy to share. |
A lot of the memorials I have researched and added are for people whose relationship to me is pretty distant. I would be happy to transfer ownership of these memorials to closer relatives.
I have also created memorials for some people to whom I am not related at all, but whose late 19th century and early 20th century obituaries I have transcribed, or whose tombstone photos I have uploaded.
I would love nothing more than for these memorials to be claimed by relatives, no matter how distant. (When these memorials have more information than the tombstone or the obituaries provide, I have used available online sources such as death and burial records to fill in the blanks.)

Thank you so much for posting this information, the info from the newspaper was new to me. Florence would have grown up to be my great aunt and it feels like it's honoring her short life to have this record. Appreciatively, Janet

Hi! OK, transfer management and I'll look into it. Thanks for your efforts of creation. Appreciated.

I can understand the confusion. I assembled history for her, she is my great-great grandmother. She went by different names and name changes, all of them similar. Headstone death date is 31 Jul 1911 but on this memorial is Aug 1.
The real problem is there are two Find A Grave memorials for the same person, likely due to her name. The other memorial # 68284546 for Ane Marie Hansdatter Peterson, added by Juni in 2011, two years after yours. Maybe there is a reason for the two memorials by different names, but they are the same person, my gggrandmother, 2nd wife of Andrew Peterson (once Anders P.). What should happen, leave two or combine? There were duplicates for her husband, but believe are now combined.

I have added the headstone picture to your memorial. Would you please add Jr. - that is the way that it was listed in the cemetery records.

Either way. But you will have to put his memorial in the correct cemetery. If it's easier to have me put the pic in yours - then let me know.

Good catch - thank you so much for letting me know - the right one is now on the memorial. Peggy

Thank you, so much!
I think, it should be noted in Leila's memorial who her Mother was(Violet Isabella JACK, B:1878-D:1955), and before "Leila" was married to Mr. Duncan, she was once married(Her 1st, as well as my father's) to my father Roy H. Toothman, in Clark County, Washington; on Jan 17, 1924(no known children, by either, that I know of). Leila, divorced my father on Oct 28, 1932, in Portland, Oregon.
