Thanks Beverly! Roberta had a beautiful voice, and sang in the choir at UPMC and did lots of solos. She sang at my Mom's funeral in 1957. She and her husband lived across the street from the church. They were both very active with everything at the church. | | | grave walker

I would think that if services were held at Glendale they would be buried there.Maybe the cemetery has not recorded her yet. I have run across that.I will add a note about this for you.

Hi i am the daughter of Wayne Harker and Carl is my uncle. Bernice is my grandmother. It is so hard to find out any information about them. When my father was alive he would get mad if i asked him questions about his side of the family. So when he passed away i have been clueless about my family on his side. I am at a loss when i try to find anything out about them. But from what i read Dessie Jane Wyatt Harker is my great grandmother. And that Charels Harker is my great grandfather. Wynne is my grandfather and they are his parents. I am so confused about this could you please help me sort this out. Dessie and Charles had a daughter named Neva which i remember my dad telling me that she(Neva) Had his sister living with her. Thats all i was ever told about our family. When i would come in the room they get quiet and not say a word about our family. Its sad that im not sure about my heritage. If possible could you please help me with this. Thanks, Beverly, for getting back to me so quickly. I wanted to be certain that I wasn't confused, which is pretty normal when it comes to figuring who is who in some of these distantly related families. Both William Osbornes and both Matthew Osbornes are my 5th through 8th great grandfathers on my mother's side. Many thanks for mantaining such nice memorials for them.
