Be kind to one another because one day we all will be 'just a name' etched in stone.|

My father and four uncles served in the Army during World War II, two brothers, one served in the Navy, Korean War, and one in the Army in Germany. Our son-in-law and nephew, Marines, served in Iraq, a niece served in the Air Force, and a granddaughter served in the Army. My husband served in the Marine Corps for 10 years. He served two tours in Viet Nam receiving two Purple Hearts, and the Silver Star. After returning, he served 4 years as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, SC. Our family is deeply proud and grateful for their honorable military service and for all the men and women who have sacrificed for the freedoms of our country.
The past 19 years I have been on the staff at the Mesa Arizona FamilySearch Library. Some of my areas of expertise are: U.S. military records, genealogy internet research, and analysis/problem solving. I have 35 years of genealogy research experience.
I follow Find A Grave's suggested rule of 4 generation transfers. This means the person is in your direct line, mother, father, grandparents, children. Aunts, uncles and cousins are direct line ancestry. Please state your exact relationship to the deceased and make all suggestions, edits and links from the EDIT Option. These additions will be made within a timely and reasonable time frame. Thank you.

Sorry I don't know where Letta is buried. I would think in Richfield.
|Bill E. Doman||Barlow's|
Hi Shirley: Transferred both Barlow's so you can get on with your work. Have a great summer in that heat - we're regularly hitting 85-90 now in July - too hot for us, but you are probably used to 10-15 above that, right? Good to hear from you and take care.

Thanks. Gerry and I have corresponded for several years now.
|Glenda Salmans Ferrari||Hettie McCulley Weeks|
Hello, I received your message but there was no e-mail address for me to respond. Thomas Andrew Weeks and his wife Hettie McCully (McCulley) are my 2nd great grandparents. Have you done any DNA testing?
Please contact me at: GRFerrari@aol.com
Thanks, Glenda Salmans Ferrari

You have a great day too.

Just a note as I think we have a duplicate Sarah (# 80495854) in Ridley Cemetery, linked to L.A. Foshee (#80495889), whose dates are the same in my genealogical database as Alexander Foshee. The second site has a photograph of the headstone so Ridley is correct and Greenlawn is not. Funny how one is linked to her mom and the other her dad. :-)
Anyway, thought you should know and hopefully link them up.
Thanks for your good work

I have left you edits on the EDIT TAB on your profile page. Thank you for your support.
