|I started genealogy in Jan 2010. |
I have placed virtual flowers on my ancestors that I have found on this site. I would love to exchange information and/or pictures if we have someone in common. Please feel free to contact me if you do. I have more information on some ancestors then on others, but I am willing to share what I do have.

I removed the link, not sure who added that. I posted in the Alabama Forums in the discussion forum here at findaG for Mary Jane.

Hi Erik. Funny, isn't it, how you can search and search and not find, when, all of a sudden, one little lead sends you down the path you have wanted to go all along! I appreciate the thank you - it is so nice to know that my work has helped someone. Kind regards. Lisa

Hi Eric. I am not related to the Orrs in the Tennessee Cemetery in Iowa. However, there is a book which references John W. Orr, his parents and grandparents, and it gives a detailed history from 1889, which should be really helpful for you. See, Portrait and biographical album of Louisa county, Iowa, pp 376-377, published by Acme Publishing Co. of Chicago.
In addition, there is bio info available from the Louisa County Genealogical Society (Iowa) which could proved helpful.
Best of luck.
