I am 60+ yrs. old, have lived in the south all my life till moving in 2007 from NC to Las Vegas, Nv. I've always loved family history but never delved into it seriously untill 2003; am now completely hooked on it. I have received much help, and love helping others. Most of my family lines are from all over the south starting out in Virginia and NC and the majority now are in Alabama and Georgia and some in Texas. I enjoy hearing from other lovers of genealogy.|

I promise to dig the "book" outthis week and update you. As I said, my mother did the work some time ago and it is pretty complete so I may be able to send you some pages that may help.
I will be in touch. You can email me direct at email@example.com.
|David Gilbert||RE: Sarah Ann (Wilkerson) McCulloch|
Thank you for the note Abigail. Sara Wilkerson McCulloch was my GG Grandmother through my maternal grandfather's side. My mother was heavily into family history and traced our ancestors back to the Scottish rebellion of 1314 when Robert the Bruce became King of Scotland. Those ancestors were McCulloch's and Sara married John Peterson McCulloch. If you are Texan and have studied the early Texas history you will find John's uncle's Ben and Henry Eustace McCulloch were both early Texas Rangers, U.S. Marshall's and Brigadier CSA generals for Texas in the Civil War. Ben and his mother are buried in the State Cemetery in Austin were his mother is recognized as the only mother of the Civil War to have two sons serve at the General rank. Their brother Alexander was John's fathr and my GGG Grandfather.---Regards---David Gilbert

Hi. Good to hear from you. I will send more information about John J. to your e-mail address, but it may be tomorrow before I get that accomplished. I really do not know a whole lot about him, but I continue to learn more. He actually died in 1901. I have seen his grave and monument. I may have tracked a photo of him, but not sure yet. It is great to make your acquaintance, and I look forward to sharing information and continuing to learn more about our Robinsons. Thanks

I am connected to the Robinsons of Chattooga County, Georgia, too, and have been to see the graves at Farmersville Cemetery. I am wondering if you have information on these people. I am very interested, but only know a little about the line of Joseph's son, John J. Robinson who married Salina Gartrell. Thanks, Tim D.

I really appreciated your message, and wanted to thank you.
If I have any other memorials of those in your family lines and their spouses , and they are not related to me, I will always be glad to transfer them to you. Just let me know.
Until Later.....God Bless

Would you have any information on where William Pelham is buried?
