Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born in Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana back in 1971. Since 2000, I have spent most of my free time working on my genealogy from my father's side in Pike County, Indiana, and my mother's side in Wayne County, Kentucky.

Currently, I am the Vice-President of the Pike County Genealogy Society in Petersburg, Indiana and have related myself to most of the main families of Pike County.

I also am related to all the Royal Families of Europe past and present. The Kings of ancient Scotland, which was known as Dalriada, are my Great-Grandfathers. The first king of Scotland, Kenneth I (810-858) is my 28th Great-Grand Uncle. There are Royal cousins buried in Danville, Petersburg, and Otwell.

I have also related myself in one way or another to 29 Presidents of the United States. Harry S Truman is my 3rd Cousin, 2 Times Removed.

I have also related myself to 25 Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom. My three favorites are Sir Winston Churchill, David Cameron and of course, Margaret Thatcher.

Nelson Family
I was wondering what your connection is to the Nelson's in Pike County? We had a reunion down there two weeks ago, I think I have asked before but I may have forgotten.

Thank you for all the wonderful photographs that you have posted.

Alexander Corn (111778215)
Since there's only one date on the stone for Alexander Corn I assumed it was the DOB. Do you know if this is so or not? You requested Mariah E Rock Corn be linked as his spouse; there is quite an age difference between these two if this is Alexander's DOB. That's the main reason I'm questioning the SAC. Usually this big of an age difference goes the other way (older man, younger woman).

Thanks for any input on this.

William Brown (Wilhelm Braun) family
I notice from your bio that you are active with genealogy in Pike County. I am researching my ancestral Braun family from Spencer County, and believe William Brown in New Lebanon Cemetery to be my great-great uncle with anglicized name. I also notice Nancy Brown Edrington in the same cemetery with additional surname Craig on her gravestone, so am assuming she was the daughter of William and Martha Emma Brown, and that she had two marriages; Nannie M. Edrington was the informant on William's death certificate. When you have time, would you be willing to read the memorial page on William Brown and let me know if you have further information? And, am I safe to assume that Nancy Edrington is William and Martha Emma's daughter?
Thank you for any time you give to this, and for your findagrave work!

Willis A. Kinman Craighead Co., AR
Thanks for listing my gr-grandfather. My grandmother and her 2 brothers were orphaned while still young. Their mother, Francis died in 1914. I have had a hard time with Willis' burial location but suspected Wilson Cemetery.

Sincerely, Joyce
