I got into genealogy in 2007 and I just love it. The main families I'm researching are: Powers, Bell, Benford, Warren, and McIntosh on my father's side and Hawk, Herndon, Dunlap, Lunsford, and Davis on my mother's side. I will gladly share any information I have.
Elizabeth Strong Penn Just wondering if this could possibly be the wife of Gabriel W. Penn born 1832 in Georgia and died about 1900 in Coweta County. He is the son of Richard Taliefero Penn and Permilla Ware married in 1824 in Madison Co. Georgia. Permilla died before 1850 probably in Coweta, as Richard can be found in both the 1840 census and 1850 census (with children in this census) in Coweta. After that they just seem to all disappear except for Gabriel who can be found in 1860, 1870, 1880, in Coweta. Richard's mother Frances Taliefero is buried in the Johnson cemetery in Coweta. Any help greatly appreciated
Edit Requests I am advising you, that all 13 edit request you sent today, will be declined. I make no edit, without a source/documentation. You can send the information through the edit section, for all other info.
I thought the notes I added to the declined edit requests, were going to the person making the request, but, they do not. Almost had my head knocked off, for declining with no info.
I will be happy to make the edits, once I have something to back them up.
Helen Cash Janie, I just realized I did not thank you for the grave stone photo you added to Helen Cash's memorial page. Thank you so much for adding it and for all you do for this site. Sorry for the long delay in acknowledgement. Thanks again.
re: Kenneth H. Warren #133183644 I received your edit as to Kenneth's middle name being "HARSMER". Is the spelling correct? That is a very unusual name. Could you provide a source for that name? Since his wife is still living I would not want to misspell his name. Thank you
