I am a Memory Keeper

As a child, my mother was always bringing us on Cemetery hunts and we spent many hours making grave rubbings and walking thru the monuments . Cemeteries were a huge part of my childhood as my grandmother would always take me to go clean up the graves of the family plots. Every time we drove past one my father would say "people are just dying to get in there". Oh Dad! My ancestors are very much alive to me and I am blessed to know them. We all should be grateful to all those who paved the way with their blood sweat and tears. I'm gratified to know that I am able to unite in such a small way, families who are in search of each other.

Thank you to everyone who contributes to this wonderful website and take the time to add things of interest and flowers.

If you have time please visit my family's war veterans and a very special young man who I had the priviledge of knowing, Lt. Timothy Steele who died in Afganistan.

I would like to suggest that all photos of grave stones are voluntary and should be appreciated as such. No distinction should be made between volunteer photos taken and photos added. It takes a certain amount of work to provide these photos regardless as to whether they are volunteer or added. Thank you for thinking about this.
