Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi all,

Family history and genealogy are two of my passions. I'm hoping to connect with the descendents of my ancestors and relatives.

Any photo that I've posted at Find-A-Grave may be used for any non-commercial purpose (family trees, personal use, etc.). Please don't forget to give photographic credit where it's due though.

I'm disabled and don't travel easily, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Best Wishes,
Kati McSweeney

Samuel and Lucinda Dodson
Hi Kati, I am interested in talking to you about Samuel and Lucinda Dodson. I figured out who Lucinda was. She was married twice. She was born Lucinda Gorrell, daughter of James Gorrell and Margaret Patterson. She was married once before to Charles Brown. Her age is not right as she was born in 1861 and not in 1871. She is my 3rd great aunt and I would really like to talk to you about this family if you are interested. You can email me directly about this if you like. My email is beth.gubbins@gmail.com.

Best regards,

Beth

John Marshall Grayson, SR. & family
Dear Kati,

I'm trying to do a memorial for "Sarah (Sally) Ward Ellington Grayson" (1804 VA--1886 MT) who was married to "George W. Grayson". She was the mother of "John Marshall Grayson, Sr."...whom you left a flower for as his great-grandniece.

I know George W. had 1 or 2 more wives. The story that I have heard is that he deserted his first wife Sarah in MT; he supposedly left with an Indian woman & later married a Mary E. Rowe.

I saw that you had left a flower for Sarah & George's SON John.

Do you know if this story is true about George deserting Sarah or Anything about Sarah?

Thanks, Lynda (LABG on find-a-grave)

Marshall - Denison Pictures
Hi,

I just added some pictures for you. I also added memorials for Edward & Martha Denison who are buried in the same plot. They may be Mary Jane's father & sister. Hope this helps you.

Albert and Margaret Butters
I searched a big section around where they are buried. I could not find a stone for them. I'm leaving it open in case I may have missed it and someone else can get it for you.

Talmadge/Ancestry
I am working on the Talmadge connection on ancestry and rain across your notes to Ashley on here. I am working the same line as her and would like to expand it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Your kind message
Thank you for such kind words. I enjoy getting the stones recorded and doing requests. It is such a relief to have people that help the ancestry hurdle or assistance, without having to join a site that requires fees and membership. I have been helped many times with a surprised photo. For a few years I have been searching for the great great grandparents, from 1900, in Philadelphia. Not knowing if they even had a stone. Checking back on the site...there it came up, posted last month. Such a thrill to get that piece of history.
