|I am a poet, photographer, historian and journalist currently living in Maine. I have 5 children, four of whom were born in the Bronx, NY, and we lived in China for 5 years.|
I attended Gordon College and Nyack College and I graduated Fordham University (Edgar Allen Poe), studied poetry at NYU, have a library science degree from the Univ. of Rhode Island.
While I have an interest in all things related to graves and cemeteries and theology, I am most interested in photographing the graves of American poets and researching their views on death and God, as reflected in their poetry and writings.

I believe he is one of the graves in the plot closest to the entrance by the Sexton's office. His is also right on the western edge of the plot. Hope this helps you in your search!

He is buried relatively near the old Wooden office. Look for his fathers monument, which is a large but not tall gray block like monument.

as i recall it was not far from the main gate, to the left down the first or second cemetery road. It was on the right if you are headed away from the gate, a large tree to the left of the plot...I just temporarily added a map photo to the memorial with a pink dot for the estimated location.

Sorry, I have no idea. I was there on vacation taking pictures of my family (Arey).

I noticed your message to Steve Brown about the Paul Goodman grave. I just wanted to let you know I photographed it and posted the pic to his memorial the other day.
There are two other Goodman graves beside him that I can't find any info on. Mathew Ready Goodman and Alice Goodman. Do you know anything about them?
|sr/ks||Hi, a simple request (I think)|
You have submitted a very nice photo of the stone of the poet Ogden Nash, which he shares with his wife Frances. I had created (in 2008) a memorial for his wife, but had not linked them so you probably didn't see it when you added the pic in 2009.
I now have Frances linked to her hubby. Your photo shows her inscription very clearly. It'd be terrific if you'd put the same photo on her memorial. Thank you if you would.
