I live in Colorado, very close by to Ft Logan Natl Cemetery where many of our military and loved ones are buried and to Littleton Cemetery, where the most famous interment is Alfred Packer. I've been researching my own line of ancestors for many years now and I know how important it is for someone to see a picture of a headstone, if not a face through pictures. Ft. Logan cemetery is huge, so give me a heads up where the gravestone is located, if you can. Littleton Cemetery headstones are not marked at all, so I'll have to ask the office where to look. I'll do my best. Other cemeteries located within 13 mi are Crown Hill and Olinger.|

Well, this is embarrassing. I cannot find your original message on the McClellans to transfer. If you'll send me names or numbers, I'll be happy to send them your way. Sorry for the inconvenience.
|Sandra Lennox||Phillips Memorials, Lakenham Cemetery, Carver, Mass|
I received your e-mail asking me if census are
a good enough source of information for my memorials. I do believe census are helpful tools,
but they are not vital records. I include census
on many of my memorials for researchers to use
for the location of families and to show family and non/family members living within a household.
I do not use them for vital information. Yes
they are government information, but they are
not vital records.
You had included the marriage of Edmond E. Phillips
in the e-mail, that was already on his memorial
with documentation of its source. You also sent
me census records, there is a census on his
memorial. I did add Edmond's birth register on
Are you related to this family?
|Sandra Lennox||Phillips Updates|
You have sent me updates on five of my Phillips'
memorials. I am sorry but I will not change my
memorials unless I have vital records from a
dependable source, which means; original
images of the vital records. I always document
where the information came from. I do not take
the information included in my memorials lightly.
I would rather not add information that I am not
positive about. If you can send me images of the
records or a very dependable source, I will
change my memorials, otherwise I will not.
|Susan Connelly||Marion (Coffin) Folger|
Hello - I have linked the Folger's per your request, but do not agree with the date of death information for Marion (Coffin) Folger. Massachusetts death index indicates her date of death as 1980 in Siasconset on Nantucket, which matches the stone. The information you sent was for a Marion Coffin.

Thanks for your correction.
I corrected the DOB to Jan 18th.
Regarding your 2nd note, I'm not clear on what you are looking for.
I show Alfred H. & Ella E. Parker residing at Fitchburg, MA in the 1880 census (dated Jun 16; Roll 567; Pg 54C; ED 875). Also in the household are Edgar & Irving, aged 1 year and 1 month, respectively.

Frank A. Clark 70396483
Thank you for writing. Sorry, I didn't get to answer sooner. I am not sure that the info you sent is for them (per say).
Her birth really looks like 1855 not the 1869 that you suggest.
Also, Frank's middle initial is clearly an A and not the E you suggest. And his birth is clearly 1839 and not the 1878 you suggest.
If you were positive about the info, I would add it for you. but I am not sure these are the same people. I am sure you want it to be correct.
I am not done working that cemetery, so there might be others by that name.
Again, thanks for writing,
