RE: Lymans in Salisbury CT
Hi again, Terry,
I meant to thank you for taking photos in the Salisbury area in my previous message but forgot to include it. So, here's another message to say - thanks for your volunteer photography efforts!

Take care,
Liz

RE: Lymans in Salisbury CT
Hi Terry,
Thank you for your detailed message. You don't say but I am guessing your message is in response to my memorial for Simeon. I already know my research into Simeon and his family is solid research; as I think I say on my memorial, I have done a lot of research on the family. I added that note to the memorial because I was tired of people contacting me via FindAGrave to state in a manner that I generally interpreted as rather aggressive or condescending that I was incorrect and needed to change the memorial, yet only providing cursory research (usually primarily in internet databases) as their "proof" that my research was wrong. I was initially honestly somewhat surprised that my posting a brief outline of my research on Simeon's memorial completely failed to deter others from continuing to believe the error in the Lyman Genealogy book.

Take care,
Liz

re Cyrus Upson
Thanks much Terry, I would appreciate a photo even of the broken stone... sometimes I am just photographing an empty lot! What a shame when some are vandalized ..although Cyrus's stone is just be from time and weather.
Every time i hear of cemetery vandalism i am very angry!

Terry,
Another great photo! Again, thank you very much for all the effort you have put in on my behalf. It is greatly appreciated. Your photos and info added a lot to my family tree and hopefully to other searcher's trees as well.
Regards,
Shannon

Terry , thanks , great job as usual. Nice photo. I hope you were able to find a few more. I hate to think of all these old stones...falling into ruin and unreadable.
