RE: grace hunt
Yes, I saw this record. I was just asking you to consider the other 2 records I sent you that had different parents names, including the cemetery record.
Thanks, Stephanie

Woodlawn Cemetery
I added photos today for your memorials of John E Tucker, Mary A Tucker, Grace T Saidel, and Theophilus W Faneuf.
I have added a plot photo as well as individual photos. There is a "Katie" and that's all that is on her stone. I didn't know if you would know anymore about her so I could add her photo? Are John and Mary husband/wife and maybe this is their daughter?
Didn't know if you would know this information.
Thanks! ~Stephanie

Randy, I changed the spellings to Bachelder, in reading the rules for surnames on Find a Grave, they do say that they should be as on the headstone, I don't agree with their rule, mistakes are made on headstones quite often & they should have some means of offering an alternative that is searchable. And I'm not saying that Bachelder is wrong & Batchelder is right because I really don't know, it's spelled both ways in the records. I am sending an email to find a grave suggesting they come up with a solution to this problem, if they can do it on ancestry they certainly should be able to do it on this site!

RE: Batchelder/Bachelder Edits
Randy, You're right you can't find them doing a search, I'm not sure what the solution is, if I use the Bachelder spelling & someone does a search for Batchelder they're not going to find it & vise versa. Find a Grave needs to add an app so you can add alternative spellings.

Batchelder/Bachelder Edits
Hi Randy, Just wanted to explain why I didn't accept your edits. I did go thru & changed the names to Batchelder/Bachelder. Though a lot of the headstones the name is spelled without the t, the vital records spell it with the t, I just try to be consistant in my spelling, it just makes it easier.

Just letting you know I was at this cemetery today. I sent you some edits through the tabs, but sent the sources as well (through the "other" category). Some people are fine with the edit tabs, others require sources, others don't care. So I just sent all the information! :)
Thanks~ Stephanie

RE: Towle Family Cemetery
The grave is at 90 Clough Rd, Pittsfield, Merrimack Co., New Hampshire but there is no address number there. There is a locked aluminum gate and they can park in front of it to walk in. There is a cemetery sign right at the graveyard that says "Towle Family Cemetery" and I have a document that shows who is buried in each grave. Both the local American Legion and Pittsfield Historical Society have someone that knows how to get to the graveyard. if you walk in to the property and turn left at the trail just before the cabin, the graveyard is about 100 yards up that trail. I hope that helps! It is on the edge of my nephew's property.
