|My genealogy "career" began in the early 90's when I helped my parents with re-inputting data into the Family-Tree Maker program they had. Now I maintain it. I am also on Ancestry.com. Look for my family tree named: Alexander, Dunlap, Fox, Hitt, Jackson, James, Love, Miller, Parramore, Paxton, Rice, Sitlington & Willson Family Tree. It's still growing. If you see where I have added a duplicate individual(s), just let me know. I may have additional info for you. I also have Virginia's Fox Family Tree_1; Virginia's Love Family Tree_1; VA's Rice Family Tree_1; and Hodges' Family Tree_1 for James V. Hodges, my sweetheart's family. Thank you to those who are detail orientated and are putting in relationship links, pictures and the like. Bless you!|

Thank you for the updates for her memorial. I am curious as to your source of this info. I'm a Blitch descendant and an avid collector of anything Blitch family related! Please write me directly at pas47pap yahoo com. THANKS!
I saw your request for a photo. Are you looking for a better quality picture? The next time I'm up there, I'll get one. I know right where he's buried. :)

Curious if you are kin to the all of the Madison's and Blackwells's you have so generiously created. Our family thank's you!
Elija Frank & Ada Jenkins Madison were my maternal great grandparents (grandfathers side). All remaining Madison's you have listed, are related. Elija & Frank had 13+ children.
Hubert Newton and Nellie Gurtrude Fix Blackwell are my maternal great grandparents (grandmother's side). They had 12+ children.
Add in spouses and my mother had over 50 Aunts & Unlces!
(my mother has recently passed as well as her parents.)
All from Rockbridge Co., VA.
I have information on all & photo's/obits for a large portion.
I 've been working on our family tree off/on for 20 years and would like to contribute and/or collaborate with you, OR I would be willing to have these individuals transferred to me for ease of work load on your part.
Please let me know the easiest method you would prefer for transfers and/or commuications otherwise. Thanks Again!!!
|Jean Pinick||Re:Changes for Pinic Family|
Curious if you are a Pinick as you have put in quite a few changes on the Pinick Family Line in Pottawatomie County. Jean Pinick
Torquil was a son of William Goshorn MacCorkle and Margaret Alexander Lyle. William's father, William Alexander MacCorkle was a WV governor. A History of Rockbridge County, VA lists the children of both William A. MacCorkle and his son William G. MacCorkle. Torquil was born and raised in Charleston, WV, but he had returned to Timber Ridge when he died. His daughter Dorothy was my sister-in-law's best friend.

Thank you for catching that for me, I try very hard to make sure that everything is correct. Guess this one slipped by me. I have made the corrections. Thanks again for the help.

Virginia, nice to see you name in here as we parallel trees back and forth with the Sitlington and other lines. It was nice to see another Sitlington line so close in Long Beach. I am working hard on matching up as many Sitlington's as I can but there are some that I just can't connect such as Alfred Sitlington. Thanks for you input, always love seeing your tree match up to mine. Take care and again thanks, Debbie

I believe I made all the changes and added the additional information you requested to memorials in AJ Powell Cemetery, Hominy, Osage,Ok. Please let me know if there are any errors or anything else you would like added. Thank you for all the new information.

I see your request for a photo on findagrave for Westview Cemetery. I am familiar with that cemetery and would be happy to look for you. Would you please call the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out the section and lot numbers for your request? The office is reluctant to give me that information and in fact has threatened to charge me for it. They do however give it easily to relatives. The cemetery is massive and that section/lot information will help me narrow the search.
