Thank you so much for paying visits to both my beloved father, "Pop" Alfred Mesnick and my Uncle "Frankie" Frank Lorito. It means a lot to me, and I'm sure to them.

Affectionately called and known as "Pop" since entering into my life at age 17 as a(step)father, he was without a doubt the most significant role model in my life, so with that being said, I really wanted to honor his memory with something that would last. Since these memorials plant an eternal and timeless mark on those once lived and allows others to get a glimpse of someone whose life really mattered, to me, that was particularly comforting and important.

Though a prior visiting member to this site, I truly believe it was fate that brought me to find both my relatives on this site, where I could get the opportunity to eulogize them as they deserved to be. This is a small gift to them.

As Pop would say during his many health ordeals when asked how he was feeling he'd always try to underscore it by saying "I'm terrific", but its only now in God's presence that I am certain of it. I hope that same certainty brings you and your family some solace in your times of loss and sorrow.

My sincerest thanks and blessings, Carla
(......I am "Forever Pop")

*special thanks to contributors Jon Anderson & Ryan Curtis for the memorial transfers.

---------------------

Did you know that true love asks for nothing
Her acceptance is the way we pay
Did you know that life has given love a guarantee to last through forever and another day

Just as time knew to move on since the beginning
And the seasons know exactly when to change
Just as kindness knows no shame
Know through all your joy and pain
That I'll be loving you always

As today I know I'm living but tomorrow
Could make me the past but that I mustn't fear
For I'll know deep in my mind
The love of me I've left behind
Cause I'll be loving you always
