Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a family historian with an interest in the history of the lives of my ancestors and the times & condition of which they lived. I am also the church historian at the First United Methodist Church of Washington, MO

I am also a member of the Franklin County Cemetery Society http://www.cemeterysociety.org and am active in the process of restoring local forgotten cemeteries, along with the history behind them and those buried in these forgotten & neglected graves.

I addition to the above mentioned historical activities, I am also a member of "Friends of Daniel Boone's Burial Site in Missouri" http://www.booneburialsite.org This group was formed to restore and improve the original burial site of the great Daniel Boone and his wife Rebecca Bryan Boone. This site near Mathasville, MO, has been cared for over the years, but is now in need of restoration.

If you look closely at the picture, you will find me walking through Lothrop Hill Cemetery at West Barnstable, MA (Cape Cod) in 2007 as I look for graves of my early ancestors.

I am so excited to see the photo that is attached to Moses Stricker. Could you share your source for the photo?

There are also numerous "Hanrions" there, spelled with an "A".

RE: Edna Henrion
Nope. That was one of those random ones that I posted just because I was there and had a camera.

No relation or did not know him. I go through the Funeral home listings and the paper and set up memorials.

RE: Transfer of Thomas Scott and Mahala Scott
Hi Paul, I just transferred Thomas Scott and Mahala Scott. Let me know if any of the other Scott's at Asbury are family and I will be happy to send them your way. Take care, Ann

Paul -

The picture that I have posted is from a link from my ancestry.com tree entitled "Annable Family Tree." Attached to the user "PaulAnnable."

Is that you? If so, have you changed your mind as to whom this lady is from when you posted it as her in the ancestry.com family tree?

I am the great-great-grandson of her sister, Mary Eliva (Coulter) Gilbert.

Best,
Jeff Lilly

Greenberry Lindsay
Hi Paul, thanks for adding the pictures of Greenberry Lindsay's
tombstone. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to visit
Edwards Co., IL, so it's good to know there is, or was, a stone.
Let me know if you'd like me to transfer him over to you, since
as a direct descendant you're more closely related. Do you have
anything on the location of the farm where his father Orlando is
supposed to be buried? Greenberry's uncle Hazael Lindsay was
my 3 greats grandfather. [I wonder if any pictures exist of the so
called old Dukes Cemetery, in KY, where Hazael and Orlando's
father John C and brother Cyrus are buried, which Ken Lindsay
informed me several years back had been destroyed.]
