Bio Photo All of the information that appears on my memorials is available to the public via on line records.
If there is a grave that a family member would like to manage, just request a transfer. Additionally, if you would like to have a photo or a bio removed, just say the word. My only intention is to provide help to other people doing genealogy research. You are free to use the photographs I have taken.
I also welcome corrections and additional information. Please allow time for the correction as I work full time and can only do F.A.G. business as time allows.

Heaven's Aviary
Kim, may I suggest that you add a Pheasant to Heaven's Aviary. The Peacock and Peregrine families of Deputy, Jefferson County, Indiana, would have been acquainted with the Pheasants who are buried in the Pisgah Methodist Church Cemetery. Nellie Ann (Pheasant) Bridge was the daughter of Jesse Bright Pheasant. She married Louis Bodine Bridge. Her son, Nathan Algernon Bridge, married Alice Glen Peacock. Alice's uncle was Joseph Willard Peacock, husband of first, Manda A. Peregrine, and second, Lelia Pearl Chasteen. -- Jan Peacock Beasley

Etta Celestine (Peacock) Thompson
Kim, thank you so much for the very nicely written biographical information on the page of my great aunt, Etta Celestine (Peacock) Thompson, Find A Grave Memorial# 152460392. Your account led me to what I needed to add additional information about her family to my family tree. I so much appreciate your time and the research that you did. -- Jan Peacock Beasley

RE: Michael Aiello
You're very welcome. Thank you for all you do for Find-a-Grave. Without all the volunteers, there would be ever so many more mysteries to solve. I've been indexing birth, marriage, death, land, court, tax and other records of Christian County, Missouri for almost 30 years and have had them partially on my own website http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~moccl/ and partially on the county's GenWeb site for well over half that time. But, with the search engines dropping all the local sites, use is down so drastically that I realized getting the information available meant putting it on websites researchers will use. It's slow, slow going - I've sought memorials for less than 800 obituaries in nearly three months, and found under 500 of those. But, it's improving both my information and that on Find a Grave and is very rewarding.

You're welcome. I don't see a reason for changing the management of their memorials right now. You've done a great job already.

You will notice I have added another child, still born in Rochester in 1905.

Best regards.

Newspaper Article on Higby Family
I read this article when it first came out. We stay in Higbes Corner on 5th Road when we visit family in Marshall County. I assume you have it but if you don't. http://hoosierhappenings.blogspot.com/2013/11/higbes-corner-on-michigan-road.html
