Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hometown of Hammond, Indiana, near Chicago. I now live in Boise, Idaho. I've been a paramedic since 1978, as an EMS provider, manager, educator, and in communications. I've been photographing cemeteries and gravesites for several years. I travel frequently and to many locations instructing emergency medical classes, so am able to photograph cemeteries and graves in many parts of the country and some international locations. I have developed a presentation on the art and symbolism of gravestones and cemeteries which I give through the city's Community Education system and at genealogy/family history conferences, and to various historical groups.

I AM FREQUENTLY IN PLACES WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS AND MAY NOT GET TO YOUR REQUESTED CORRECTIONS FOR SOME TIME. BE ASSURED IF YOU HAVE SENT IT I WILL EVENTUALLY GET TO IT. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

I'm always available to photograph graves in the Boise/Ada County, Idaho and surrounding areas. Please notify me of any corrections or additions to my entries. Please include the F.A.G. entry number with your corrections/suggestions. I'll make revisions if you have good documentation. But be patient. Due to my traveling and work schedule, and often being in places without Internet access for long periods of time, it may take some time for me to get to them. I will eventually.

IF YOU ARE REQUESTING THAT AN ENTRY BE TRANSFERED TO YOU, PLEASE INCLUDE HOW THE PERSON IS RELATED TO YOU AND PLEASE INCLUDE THE F.A.G. NUMBER OF THE ENTRY AND YOUR NUMBER TO SPEED UP THE RESPONSE. I WILL BE HAPPY TO DO SO IF YOU ARE FAMILY.

Grant Cemetery Illinois
Hello David,

I really want to thank you for photographing several of the headstones of my relatives at Grant Cemetery, Ingleside Illinois. And of course I'm wondering if you are some kind of relative
of mine? Family names are as follows Wait/Waite, Marble, Hazen, Houghton, Brown, Hamilton, Converse, Smith. My Father James Walter Waite came to California during WWW, met my Mother and
the rest is history.

Anyway I can't thank you enough!

Same Problem -Virginia's husband
I think somehow I messed your picture up when I tried to add his picture too! Maybe we canget Find a Grave to delete the pictures and we can start over. I'm so sorry! All my other pictures went in fine. Gale

RE: Fast Fingers
We (husband & I) spent the morning working on those families so we were right there when they popped up!

Photo requests
I recently received several requests for photos to be taken at Page Cemetery in Page, AZ. I spent the better part of an afternoon going from grave to grave, photographing a section in sequence, with the intention of returning to do the complete cemetery.

I now see a note saying the cemetery is 89% photographed, with no notation that I can find of who has taken on the job.

I have been in correspondence with people who've requested photos taken by me...and it appears they don't know the work has already been done!
Of course, I've written them today, to tell them this, but I remain totally confused. Can you enlighten me any?

Thanks so much, Anita Jan Lyte Williams
