Greenwood Orlando
If you don't have time anymore to maintain the memorials you have created for Greenwood, I'll gladly take them over if you'd like to transfer them to me. I've sent many requests to add more info I've found and make links, and none have been fulfilled.

Uncertain cemetery
Hi Bill,
Regarding the final resting place of LtCol William C. Tavenner, mem #10743441, 17th VA Inf (CSA), who you have listed in Old Arnold Cem., Weston, Lewis Co, WV, somebody else has this soldier in Zion Church Cem., Urbana, Frederick Co., MD, mem #16176796.

The photo in Old Arnold Cem. reveals a rather old looking private headstone. The photo in Zion Church Cem. reveals a rather recent military stone. The date of Tavenner's death varies by a couple days from one record to another (July 9, July 11, 1864) which is a minor issue but we need somebody to ascertain which cemetery this soldier is interred in. Can you shed any light on this discrepancy?

Garrison family genealogy
In your return message about my aunt Rosa Belle (Garrison) Riddle. You made the comment that Lewis Garrison was a bro. to Roscoe Garrison. Roscoe Garrison was his nephew, the son of Thomas Sherman Garrison, a bro. to Lewis Garrison. Maybe you might have information or can tell me how I can find the names of every one buried in the Mt. Union Cemetery. My great grandfather George Washington Garrison b. 09 June 1929 in Rockingham Co, Va. USA d. 14 Dec 1891. Wva.culture info said he was buried at Auburn, W.Va. His address was Auburn and I have a copy of all the Ritchie Co. cemeteries and his name is not listed in the Auburn cemetery. His wife Emily (Pritchard) Garrison b. 1929 d. ????? The only info I found on her was in the 1900 census, saying she was living with granddaughter Rosa Belle (Garrison) Riddle in Auburn. I am thinking that Rosa Belle, George Washington Garrison and his wife Emily are probably buried in the Mt. Union Cemetery on the hill from their farm just over the Ritchie Co. line in Doddridge Co. I would appreciate any information or how I could get a list of all deceased buried in the Mt. Union Cemetery. Thanks. Lorna (Garrison) Benton

Rosa Belle (Garrison) Riddle
I noticed you have contributed to find a grave at the Mt. Union Methodist Cemetery in Doddridge Co., W.Va. A lot of my ancestors are buried their. My grandfather Lewis Garrison, several Aunts & Uncles and cousins. I am try to find where my father's sister Rosa Belle (Garrison) Riddle is buried. She was born in Auburn, W.Va. 1879, married Wirt Dale Riddle in 1898. The last info I can find is in the 1910 census. She & her husband were living at Lick Fork, Webster Co. W.Va. Any info, I would appreciate. Lorna Benton

Re: James T Reed
You're very welcome. It's always good to hear from people who have "found" who they've been seeking. So good to see him linked with the family and again. :)

You're welcome
You didn't mention the name or location of the great-grandparent you found that I had listed. If it's not my own ancestor, I'd be perfectly willing to transfer to you to update. :o)

CSS Chattahoochee crew memorial
I noticed that on the memorial stone under Apalachicola Arsenal, for crew members of the CSS Chattahoochee, it lists 17 names, but only 15 of them have been posted here, Would you like to add the other two, or are they buried elsewhere? Thank you.
