Bio Photo There is a word for men that lose their wives, wives that lose their husbands, children that lose their parents.

There is no word for a mother who loses her child...

How you make others feel says a lot about who you are

If I have created a memorial for a family member of yours, don't hesitate to request a transfer.

Any photo I have posted on Find a Grave is intended to be used.... Please feel free to use them in personal use and documentation.

Searching means finding the other entry, even though it may contain an error and working together means sending an edit.

Links, Corrections, Transfers and/or additional information
If you will please use the "Edit" tab located on each memorial, I will be more than happy to correct, edit or add information to a memorial that is meaningful. I will not add all of the information from the past ten census records that have been released or any distasteful or disturbing messages.

Find a Grave does not require that I search the entire Find a Grave system globally, only the individual cemeteries in which I am adding to. Please do not move your Burial Unknown into the correct cemetery based on the information you found from my memorial & then demand that I delete my duplicate. For further information on this, please refer to how Find a Grave handles duplicate memorials.

Lastly and most importantly
There are so many absolutely wonderful people that use Find-A-Grave! I am very appreciative for all of the suggested corrections, additional information and photos that have been provided. Please don't allow the rude, abusive and sometimes rather bizarre behavior of individuals to curb your enthusiasm or your want to help others.

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

- Hunter S. Thompson

RE: Paul Richard Hoffman
Yes Linda, thanks again. Also yes, amazing what can be discovered online these days. Paul wasn't the first we found nearby. One of many. Also coincidentally (?) my stepdad was interned at Greenwood for 10 years, my mother was to join him there...but I managed to have them both interned at Fort Rosecrans National. And also yes, when the weather settles down, it would be awesome for you to come up and see Ellis. It is a very unique little cemetery. Send me a note when you plan the trip.

Paul Richard Hoffman
Dear Linda,
Thank You so much for your excellent photos of Paul Richard & Phyllis Hoffman's memorial's.
Paul's dad & my Great Grandmother were brother & sister. Crazy story is though we never met, we both lived in the same San Diego neighborhood.
Have since met Paul's son. Will share your photo's with the family. Again, thank you.

RE: Elaine Bieber

I did not verify if there is a stone. I assumed that since its been 3 years since you posted that there wasn't one that one might have been put in by now.
