I am 60+ yrs. old, have lived in the south all my life till moving in 2007 from NC to Las Vegas, Nv. I've always loved family history but never delved into it seriously untill 2003; am now completely hooked on it. I have received much help, and love helping others. Most of my family lines are from all over the south starting out in Virginia and NC and the majority now are in Alabama and Georgia and some in Texas. I enjoy hearing from other lovers of genealogy.|

Hi, I submitted the parent link using the "edit" tab, but Margaret Wilkerson's father is Henry Derieux, his memorial page is no. 9911024

Sorry, I believe I sent you the number for Elizabeth A. Goodson in error. I should have sent it to someone else.
|Agnes Conway||RE: Henrietta F. Henley|
The Number for Elizabeth Akins Goodson is as follows: 135524405
Should you need further information, please let me know.
Thanks for your help.

I noticed your message on the gravesite of Henrietta F. Henley.
I believe she is the Mother of my Grandmother, Lois Viola Henry Crawford. I have been researching our family and found a census with her name spelled Harrietta F. Henley; however, the birth date on the census and this memorial is the same.
Do you know her husband's name? On the census I found for 1880 she was shown as a widow and I have not been able to find anything on her husband.
Would appreciate any information you can give me. You can send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or post it on this site.
Would like to correspond with you about the Morton's. My great-grandmother was Sarah F. Morton, dau of James B. and Margaret Ann Ham Morton, Fayette Co, AL. My email is email@example.com.
It must have been someone else that requested her photo. I then saw your name as the manager of her page and assumed you were related. So I transferred all of what I had to you.

You're welcome. I did a photo request for Florida Wilkerson. I don't remember who requested it. When I do requests, I usually photograph all the family members I find in the same or neighboring lots. Usually I like the requestor to make the pages and then request the photos for the ones I find but it didn't happen so I just went ahead and made the pages and transferred them to whomever looked like they should go to. I hope they help. I also was wanting to clear my phone camera of the photos.

The only letter I put on my tree was one of Mary Tallulah's letters to Charlotte Branch. There are about 12 of them in the book and I meant to get them all on, but my Mother-in-Law, who just turned 107 has been not doing well for the past couple of years and we are taking care of her. It has been time consuming so I haven't been on ancestry enough to get the rest of the letter's on there. I will some day.
PS Very sad how it all ended for William.

The two different death dates are a real mystery.
What letters Charles wrote are you referring too? I am very curious about her early death. I wish there was more info about it. And I was always curious as to why Charles would not be buried in DC with her, but wanted to be buried in Poulan?
