Always remember to live for the day. Don't take anyone or anything for granted. Listen to the elderly they are wise beyond time. Take time to enjoy a sunrise, a sunset and watch the bird in flight. Simplify, simplify, simplify....
Please help us with "Veterans Grave Preservation" we may be found on the site:

...we are cleaning up the old cemeteries in the area with hopes of documentaing all of the American War Veterans buried here in our towns. With the 150th Anniversary of the beginning of the Civil War and the 70th anniversary of WWII, preparations are underway for several memorial events. Boys and Girls Scouts, High School seniors and anyone interested can sign up for community service and give back a little something to those who came before and paved the way. This is our way of saying Thank You and giving respect where respect is due while taking a historical tour back in time. Go to your nearest American Legion or VFW Post and ask if you can help.
I am sure everyone will enjoy navigating the pages of history. Photos and stories, names and dates, friends and loved ones, you will connect the present with the past in more ways than one. A pleasure ... | |

 | Greenfield Methodist Ground I noticed that you placed a picture of Greenfield Methodist Ground Cemetery. I can not find the address and was hoping that you will be able to assist me in locating this cemetery?
I appreciate any help that you can give.

 | Restoration Projects Our cemetery has actually just set up a restoration group and we invite the public to join us and come out and learn how to properly clean the stones, always the last Friday of the month and the Saturday after, during the weather permitting months.
My daughter is joining 4-H this year and may end up making this one of her projects.
Will talk more later. :-)
