Could you please remove the headstone photo from this memorial. It is not the right one. Thanks Diane #47587128

Blessings and thank you for your work on the translation from Germany of the Last Will and Testament of Adam Becker, hand written on December 8, 1858, ten days before he died at the hospital in Pittsburgh. We learned so very much more with your excellent help and the access to the Find A Grave site.

Just wanted to thank you so very much for the Koffler transfers! Thanks again for all the work you've done on the Durmersheim emigrants.

You are welcome for the picture. She sounds like a very nice person and wish I had known her. Ruth

Frederick Heck
You posted a photo request for Frederick Heck buried at the National Cemetery of the Pacific. He already has a photo of his grave marker (posted in 2009). Was there another photo you were looking for?

RE: Lorenz Maslam - Hillsview
There are many small rural cemeteries in this are; many with only a few graves. The nearest decent sized cemetery is probably 15 miles away. There are several Maslam's in the Hillsview cemetery so I am fairly certain he is buried there.

Lorenz "Lawrence" Maslam
Hi B G

I was recently at the Hillsview Cemetery but was unable to find Lorenz Maslam's marker. I am going to contact the priest at the closest parish to the cemetery and see if he can put me in touch with whoever keeps the records. Hopefully I can get a picture next time I am up that way (my brother in law lives only a few miles from the cemetery). Just a little info on the area this cemetery is at. It is located a mile east and a mile south of what used to be the town of Hillsview. I don't know if there was a church associated with this cemetery at one time, but if there was it was long before my time. At any rate I will try to get a photo for you, but it might be a while.
