Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm new to the genealogy thing, but not new to a fascination with the historical importance of cemeteries. Living in one of the original thirteen colonies, I'm surprised at the way people died at the beginning of this nation. One of the most horrifying I've seen is a little boy who was "scalded to death" when he fell into a large cauldron in which his mother was making soap.

Another shocker was the grave of a man surrounded by his five wives, four of whom died in childbirth.

I hope that someday, I'll be able to contribute to photo requests for certain cemeteries in Rhode Island. I cannot right now as I'm caring for my elderly parents. And that's more than a full-time job.

Since you took the time to read this "bio", please know my appreciation and best wishes that you have a great day.
