Bio and Links
Bio Photo Genealogy has been my hobby for 30 years or so and I feel it is really important to try and keep a photographic record of the wonderful headstones which are weathering away slowly, before they disappear completely. I feel quite strongly about the ones pre census records. Anyway, hope somebody finds them interesting, I do. PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON MY TRANSCRIPTIONS AS BEING COMPLETELY ACCURATE - I HAVE DONE MY BEST.

John Scott Scotland
Dear kilmarnock, my family and I have traced our family back to a John Scott who left London on a ship called Ann with James Oglethorpe and Rev. John Wesley and arrived to the states in 1732 to Savanna,Ga. He was a famous Gunsmith by trade and is in a few history books here. That's where it ends. I'm asking for advise on a good place to start tracking over there it is believed he is from the lowlands of Scotland maybe around the Parrish of Haywick, thank you

RE: Lawnswood Cemetery
I don't care how we do it. There is an auto edit tab that is no different than if you did the edit to a transferred memorial. ....

RE: Burrell grave in keighley
Thanks for getting back to me and thanks also for the work you have done to record these graves. Could you possibly tell me where abouts in the churchyard the grave is situated as I will probably come again to look for it. Also I can't quite read all the wordings, do you have a record of the full wording on the grave.
Kind Regards

Burrell grave in keighley
Hi Kilmarnock
I hope you don't mind me contacting you but while searching for some information about my great great great grandfather, William Burrell, I discovered the photos you had posted from St Andrews, Keighley. I did visit the churchyard some time ago but had not managed to find his grave.
The grave photographed appears to be his son, George, and daughter, Mary but I think it also says William is buried there.
If you have any more information I would be very grateful
Kind Regards

Suzanne Jones

RE: Edwin Armstrong Bainbridge
Hello :)

No, all's good, Edwin's not related to me...i'm just like you and love cemetery photography! Keep up the great work!

Have a fab Christmas and New Year!

Edwin is buried in Kauae cemetery, Rotorua, New Zealand. I have added photos. You might want to amend the cemetery name as you have him at Jesmond Old Cemetery and he's not.
