Bio Photo A 'family historian' for 30+ years I only recently began taking cemetery photographs as time became available...I'm more than happy to fill requests, including those for 2 areas we visit several times each year: Clarksville, TN and Decatur, Illinois. My deepest thanks to all of the incredible volunteers at Find-A-Grave who have advanced my genealogy research tremendously, but even more important, have touched my heart with their many kindnesses and personal letters. You make this site a great one, and I salute you all!

RE: Eastman & Munson
They don't sound familiar. It sounds like they might be Swedish Munsons and we're not Swedish. I know there are Munsons who are.

There is quite a few volumns "The Munson Record" which could add light to the question. Quite a few of the books are online now.

RE: John Forsyth #66027737
Like you I have been looking for years. I am going back to Iowa next week to help my daughter and new baby. Before I leave to come back to AZ at the end of Sept, I want to go to Griswold where most of the Forsyth family settled and see if there is anything in their historical society. I'm afraid it may take a trip to Ireland and Scotland to find more. They were Scot-Irish since they were Presbyterian.

RE: John Forsyth #66027737

Thanks for adding the info to John Forsyth. My line is through John and Elizabeth's son George and then his daughter Elizabeth Anna (or Grandma Anna as we called her)
