Hello dear... Thank u.. Im all over it. I actually found it already a few days ago and I sent it to the vintage Worth County guy Randall Davis Barfield. I've found a ton of things so far.. Today i found my 3rd great grandma's obit. I need to change his info on here... If ur on Facebook i posted his obit on the vintage Worth County group.
Thanks so much for all u do.. If u discover anything else I'd sure appreciate it... I am so excited about the archives. I've spent hours so far looking. Many peoples names are abbreviated or spelled wrong so its hard.
Thanks, I'll change his profile

Parent links already made. No point duplicating names, again.

Thank you too for having this hobby and helping us in our research.
Have a great weekend.

Not sure if i told you, but someone knew where the cemetery is. Its near that landing strip apparently.
Someone i met on Facebook who is a distant cousin attempted to go there 2 weeks ago but the road was impassable.. So she is currently trying to get someone willing to go with her and maybe walk to it.. Its so amazing.. There are hidden cemeteries buried and lost in the woods.. As far as I know no one has visited it since 1983. That book you mentioned is the same one im sure that I know about.
Thanks for your help.. Hopefully someone can get to St Regis and document it. I wish i could buy it or something and preserve it.. My 4th great grandfather Van Holton and one woman had the only 2 standing stones when documented in 1983.

Thank you for the information, I have added it to her memorial.
I have transferred 2 Bozeman's to you as the request for bio info is too long. Since you have gone to great lengths on looking up the info and you share the same last name, I have transferred them to you so you can change, add, etc on their bios.

Can you change her Memorial name to Susan STORY Jones since her maiden name was Story, not STAY?

Hi, C Bozeman! I find this entry for my grand-uncle to be a little confusing and wonder if you can give me insight on this grave. There is a headstone for him in Mount Beazer Cemetery #1 (memorial 50760682). I'm not familiar with the cemeteries in this area and wonder, are Beazer and Owen the same? Any help you can offer is appreciated.

I have added the information you provided. Thanks for sending it.

I have been desperately trying to find some info on a cemetery in Worth County. It is or was called St. Regis Cemetery. It was mentioned in a book called "The complete Cemetery records of Worth County Georgia" by Catherine Fussel and it is where my 3rd great grandfather is buried. His name was Vann Holton (1818-1868). On find a grave i listed him at new hope church i think where his wife is, but that was just a guess. His wife's name was Nancy Taylor Holton (1820-1882).
I've searched on find a grave but nothing. There is one in Stewart County Georgia but he died in Worth County and his wife is buried in Worth. The records in that book state it is in Worth County.
IN your research have you at all heard of it?
There was a St Regis landing strip and a St Regis paper company or something in Worth County, perhaps the cemetery is on the property where they were. It may be on private land or lost out in the woods.
On Facebook someone called banks funeral home but they don't know it, so it probably hasn't been used in the past hundred years.
It's a mystery i am desperate to solve. It was stated that my ggg grandfather had one of the few headstones standing there but now who knows.
Thanks for your time.... If you know anything I'd sure appreciate it.
