|Margo Dittmer||William F Hills grave photo|
Thank you so much for taking and posting this photo. It is of my great-grandfather's gravestone. I had been trying to find his death date and place of burial for years, as he died in tragic circumstances that were not much talked about.
He was a resident of Brooklyn, NY, and died there. Do you happen to know why he might have been buried up in Albany?
Thank you for the great pics of the headstone on Wm. Clarence Feick's mem.

Many thanks for his picture and the super fast response. I noticed his two wives whom I also requested. Thanks, Charles

The lady at Crown Hill cemetery who did the look up for me stated that Delbert was buried in the plot right next to his mother. I'm assuming he is on the open side of that stone. Jim Gumm

Thank you for adding the photo of Linwood Cemetery on my great grandfather Franklin Neely Martin's gravesite. Please let me know, if you would like to, if you are related to Franklin or Eva Martin.

Thanks so much for the lovely photos. I was hoping to get their dates and middle names. Did you write that down or could you also photograph that for me and add it to their memorials.

I appreciate your taking the time to explain your point of view and believe me, I understand your feelings about the piracy of our hard work. It's so prevalent that I don't get too excited anymore about duplicates. I really think findagrave(now ancestry.com) encourages it. Let's face it, if they don't turn their back on duplicates, all the "good" memorials will be filled and their subscribers will lose interest. Thus-loss of revenue. I have already said this to them. It's all about $$$ and you can be sure findagrave will soon become pay-per-view. Does no good to delete memorials, they have it all backed up somewhere and then it will become their memorial, photo and all.
Did you know the Berks County Historical Society no longer allows access to their cemetery index on their website. Hmmm, $$$.
