I've been researching my genealogy since I was about 10 years old! I started with oral histories and stories told to me by my grandparents. When I was 12, I graduated to my first trip to the court house to research wills and marriage bonds. I have never looked back from there. In addition to researching my family history, I have also researched many geanologies for others in the Shelby County, Indiana area.
We enjoy cemeteries, unusual tombstones and eloquent epitaphs. We love the serenity and stories told of the people who came before us.
If anyone would like us to take a photo for them in Shelby County, Indiana area we will do our best to get it for you.
RE:61711131 Rebecca WARNER Higgens: You have posted TWO photos of her gravestone; they are exactly the SAME & neither is ledgible. They are occupying valuable space. Would you consider removing one or both. Thank you, Sandy
Westland Friends Church Cemetery, IN I wonder if I may have your permission to use your cemetery photo on my family website. Check it out at http://freienmuth-shortridge.com/ernst/buchheim-cemeteries.html. This is how I'd be using the photos and obituaries I find on Find A Grave, with 'used with permission' in the caption.
