I live in the Fayette County Il. area and weather permitting can take cemetery photos at request. If you are a family member or researcher you may use them for your trees. In turn please pay it forward by doing the same kindness for another if you can.|
Sharing just a small story, working down at the tail of Fayette co. and I saw my first red fox, what a blessing after it finally saw me and ran toward the woods it turned to look at me and pose for a photo.
I think it is wonderful that Find a Grave and Ancestry have teamed up and these links connect with searches. Cemetery records are a great source that we put on the memorials that cannot be found on Ancestry. I get joy out of finding members of families that don't have any records. I do this from the heart and please feel free to use my stone photos for your trees.

Oops. It sounds like he is not the James Alexander that I thought he was. So many similarities. Sorry. You can disregard what I added, please.

THank you for braving the weather and taking the photo of Ella Stults Witherbee's headstone. May I add it to my tree on Family Search and Ancestry? I use these whenever I do not have a photo of the person. Kind regards, Lori

|Angel||RE: Jonathan T. Morris|
Thank you. Jonathon T. Morris was my great grandfather's cousin.
I know that he is in Ramsey.
Also I have the memorial/Find A Grave page saved on my Ancestry page added from a hint for the page that you mentioned. It was added as a source for quite some time.
I don't recall sending out the photo request for the other page which is no longer there. But I know I must have clicked on it since I seen it in my e-mail that the request could not be fulfilled.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have sent out many requests lately.
Again thank you for bringing this my attention.
Hope you have a fantastic week.

Hi Anna, I am researching the family of Chester Townsend Cook and I came across your entry of John Cook who could be my G.G.father's brother. I found John and my G.G.father on the 1850 census living in district #68-Clinton County, which I have found that the township of "Breese Clinton County" was known as district #68 which is close to Fayette County. Chester traveled to Australia in 1858. Have you ever found a grave for John's mother Mary in the same cemetery??. I live in Sydney Australia.
My email is cookles at rocketmail dot com if you care to reply.
