One more thought: is it possible Sarvis is a transcription error of CHAVIS (and oh, boy there are a ton of people with CHAVIS as their last name around here).
I ask as in doing my on research on my family I've found many transcription errors of my ancestors' names.

Visited the Oxendine cemetery that Find a Grave listed as being her burial place today, 05/26, 2014.
I could not find a gravestone for her.
Is Sarvis her maiden or married name? Most headstones only list married name.
Also, there are multiple Oxendine cemeteries in Robeson county. Perhaps she is in a different one?

Didn't know you were on here. Glad to see you are.

Very welcome; glad to do it!
|Barbara Milligan Rowe Elliott||Re: Thelma Mae Cox Shannon|
Parental links have been made for Thelma Mae Cox Shannon 50951721 per your request. Thelma married my Grandfather's sister's ( Mary Stella Shannon) son.
I see you have a Rabon listed in your lineage. I am seeking information on a Daniel Rabon who was married to my Great Grandmother, Mary Jane Gasque Baker 56897452. Would you happen to have this Daniel in your notes anywhere?

I am so very, very grateful!!! Thank you so much!!!
Donna: I have tried for several weeks to get this memorial corrected. Dora Hodge Todd who is linked as a child is actually the daughter of Jessie Pickens Hodge and Frances Caroline Hodge. She was the twin sister to Mattie Hodge Cox, all of Horry County. They are all listed together in the census records and in the obituary for Mattie Cox. Is there anything you can do to unlink Dora Todd from my Hodge family? Thank you.
Would you please correct this on the memorial.

Please link your great aunt Dora Hodge Todd to her actual parents: Jessie Pickens Hodge #62136315 and Frances Caroline Buffkin Hodge #62136303.
Thank you so much for adding the gravemarker photos from Aynor Cemetery to Mr. and Mrs. Kirton's Find A Grave memorials. I really appreciate your doing that.
Happy Easter to you and yours!
