Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi, I'm a retired police officer for the City of North Charleston in South Carolina. I retired in April 2005 with 33 years in law enforcememt. I also served 4 years in the USAF from 1967-1971. I have a beautiful wife, Roxanne, a beautiful daughter, Stephanie, who served 8 years in the United States Air Force and is now in the USAF Reserves. I have a beautiful grandaughter, born December 1, 2006, and her name is Raena Makenzie and she is the apple of my eye. I love to read and study history of the war for southern independence and World War II.
Find A Grave is one of my favorite sites, it is very interesting and full of unlimited history. If you have some free time please stop by my mom and dads site and I would like to thank everyone for all of the beautiful flowers and messages left for them, it really means alot to us.

My thanks for your efforts. Thank you (and your daughter) for your service to our country. My wife wishes to visit Charleston and now I know one of the sites I wish to go and pay my respects.

Warm Regards,
R. Neely

Mary Belvin Smith
On this tombstone, it says that Jane Smith was the wife of Mendel Smith, while in the bio it says that she was the wife of Thomas L. Smith. Was she married twice? Thomas L. Smith is my 4th great uncle through his sister Priscilla Smith who married James Corbett. Thanks in advance for the clarification.
